If I mail a package off tomorrow to ringgold georgia will it arrive by Monday?

I have a vacation hold and still receiving daily mail delivery notices. Expecting medical packages and other items and need them to be held to avoid theft. Can't talk to a person on the phone. How do you contact anyone to correct this?

Hello I have a business in Riverdale ga. Where we have a box for incoming mail as well as outgoing mail. The worker never pick up the outgoing mail sit in the box for weeks. One day I saw her and asked her what going on with the outgoing mail. She stated well you never have any mail incoming so I don’t check outgoing what since does that make so when she open up the outgoing mail slot their was a card I had mail jun13,2021 and today’s date is July 1 2021 that’s just how long it has been sitting in the box.What going on? The other man that use to service us at hwy 138 in riverdale was a very good postal worker what happen to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.I’m not asking for much just do your job

The worst post office in the state of Georgia. We are a local business and have not received our mail or mail pickup in 5 days. Have filed complaints on the postal website and tried calling this post office and they will not answer the phone!!!

Please answer the phone what is going on package been sitting in the air for 3 days

my mail has not been picked up for two days. no one answers the phone.

No one ever answers the phone and I have called local law enforcement because someone is breaking into my mailbox along with my neighbors and nothing is being done about it. Also the ladies there have a slight attitude. WHY WORK WITH THE PUBLIC IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE? A smile and kindness goes a long way.

My mail is constantly put in my next door neighbors mailbox even though the envelope is correctly address to my mailbox and my decals are visible!!! I have expected documents that were never delivered though the tracker said they were. Bank sent important document which I never received (probably delivered to wrong address) Very upsetting and careless on the USPS part. PLEASE CORRECT !!

They never pick up the phone and are very rude

I had four checks mailed from the Riverdale Post Office at 6691 Church St, Riverdale, GA 30274, three failed to reach my insurance companies and the fourth failed to reach my car payment bank. I put those checks in the outside drop-box on Aug. 1, 2019, as of Aug 12, 2019 neither the insurance companies or the car payment bank has received my checks. Something is very wrong at your Riverdale Post office located at 6691 Church St. Please investigate!

I put my mail on hold because I was going on vacation. I put the mail on hold because i was expecting and important documents by priority mail. I went to pick up my mail and had a tracking number only to find out that they lost it. I was told that i will get a call back today and that didn't happen. I went back up and was told they still have not found and and I ask why wasn't i called and inform of that information keep in mind it was 15 minutes to 5 which is closing time.The Riverdale office isn't a good place at all.

Terrible customer service. I went yesterday, there were two ladies working (black, older) and they were working extremely slow meanwhile the line was out of the door. They were also wasting people's time by joking around with customers that they knew. Sorry..but that is NOT appropriate when you've got people waiting for over 15-20 minutes. Most people just have a few minutes to spare and aren't trying to spend all afternoon in the post office. The lady I assume to be the manager was counting stamps instead of helping..ridiculous. The "manager" would periodically ask if someone needed to pick up a package/had a question but besides that did nothing else. I noticed too that she rolled her eyes and spoke in a blunt manner to anyone with a question. I have been to this post office and there is an Asian man (his name is Julio I believe) and a white lady (her name is Kim I believe)- they are wonderful. They're kind, intelligent, and fast.
