A postal carrier for this PO cannot seem to lock the apartment mail boxes when he is done at 3100 River Exchange Drive. I am tired of mail being stolen because of their carelessness. Maybe that is not even against the law now. There have been a lot of changes recently.

I was just at your post office trying to obtain information for tracking a package. The lady that "helped" me was condescending and rude. I did not get her name, but if you are interested in doing anything about her I will as I and, many of my neighbors, have complained about her. I hate going into your post office. If you read reviews on NextDoor this woman is the topic of many complaints. She is nasty to EVERYONE!!!! I do not know why you put up with it as I've made complaints about her in the past. Kim Hudson

My wife just got verbally chased out of the lobby for complying with the recent directive from the office of management and budget that vaccinated individuals no longer need to wear a mask in federal buildings. Please educate your employees concerning the law and at least few could stand to be reminded about the service portion of customer service.

No mail delivery on July 2, 2020. No mail delivered again on July 6, 2020 to our address in 30092. No dog, no obstruction of mailbox, no unique circumstances. Why is this allowed to occur???

The Doraville, GA mail person lied about no one being home at the time to delivery there were cars in the drive way and the mail person never got out the truck our security cameras footage is proof of this and since we have been trying to track the package down which was sent to Peachtree Corners, GA post office for some weird reason and we've had no success! I truly believe that mail workers steal from customers and because the management of the US Post Office practically non existent they can continue to get away with their crimes.

I'm sitting here waiting on a parcel...I have an envelope in the mailbox with the flag up.. No delivery...nobody comes by at all to pick up the outgoing letter. All of a sudden tracking status changes and says it was delivered in the mailbox at 9:23 pm. Flag still up...letter still there waiting to go out..no package. I call the post office. I'm surprised that someone answered at this time of night. I say..Hey there, I expected to get a recording..... then....click. she hangs up on me...then won't answer again. Not cool. I guess I'll pay a visit in person tomorrow.

This is the worst Post-office branch (the supervisor is very non customer oriented!!!!!) I have ever seen in my 70 years. We are a healthcare manufacturer and have mail correspondence almost every day both to and from. We have small packages sent to us several times a week. It seems that sense we are a business they seem to think were are not open some days. This past Monday 1/2/2017 they used the excuse that "Business was close at 1 PM and delivery would be made next business day, we were open with lights on and cars in the parking lot no more than 15 feet from the front door, we were do doing inventory and was very obvious we were the great USPS had this notice on the USPS tracking page "Delivery attempted An attempt was made to deliver your package, but the business was closed. Please look for a notice of attempted delivery for the next steps." unless they can right a notice while driving and place it on the door while NOT STOPPING is a wonder. We have had mail at the front door pick up station clearly visible from the front door and as of this writing (1/5/2017) we have NOT had pickup or delivery this week, ONLY the same above "Delivery attempted" note. Maybe we will get it on Saturday because it is suppose to Snow and the creed is neither Rain, Snow, Sleet will keep us from delivering the mail. But Saturday is a Weekend and whether we are open or not they DO NOT deliver on a weekend to our business. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Give this poor service to UPS or FEDEX and we will get our mail.

I was very displeased with the way the employees at Peachtree Corners USPS handled my multiple calls concerning parcels. I was having trouble tracking my parcels or some of my parcels said "delivered and ready for pick up" a few days ago yet I never received them! I called concerning these tracking issues and I was put on hold for about 35 min and told to call back, I did so about 20 min later and they told me they couldn't find my parcel. I called this afternoon again about a different package and I called 25 minutes before they closed and they put me on hold and didn't ever take me off!!! I am very angry they have been closed for over 15 minutes and they NEVER took me off hold (I am still sitting on hold) or even helped me the slightest! I am upset with how this post office has handled my package situations, I just moved to this area and had ordered my books for school and I need them ASAP- the tracking is messed up and isn't being handled well. I would like to file a complaint with how I was treated, you do not simply put someone on hold until close, very disrespectful.
