Our business and entire building (10 suites) 5555 Buford Hwy. Norcross GA 30071 Why is our mail taking long to deliver? I dropped a check to mail out last week and my vendor never received it because the envelope was still in the OUTGOING mail. The mail person doesn’t come everyday. We missed mail for two weeks at one point and received ALL mail in one day! We have a lot of outgoing mail and cannot keep having this issue.

Once again (Monday, 7/19/21) the mail was not delivered to Georgetown Park 30071. What is going on with our mailman? Why does he fail to deliver the mail most Mondays? I asked him once and he just drove away! Does anyone know how to contact the postmaster general in Norcross?

Can not reach anyone by phone. Disconnected after several rings. need to find out what's happening to my mail. 2 weeks ago I got a notice on USPS that some of my mail could not be delivered because there was no access. My mailbox is not obstructed and my porch is wide open. Yesterday got a notice that my mail and package was delivered. Nothing was delivered to my home yesterday, in the mailbox or on my porch. What's happening?

Georgetown Park, Norcross. I put an important letter in my mailbox yesterday. It was still there with the flag up this evening. When the mailman pulled up I asked him what happened yesterdays delivery he said I don't know what happened to yesterdays mail. I said were you delivering yesterday? He repeated "I don't know what happened to yesterdays mail" and began to drive off. I said excuse me, were you delivering yesterday? He again repeated I don't know what happened yesterday. I asked his name and he refused to answer, and drove off again. I said excuse me, what's your name. Again he refused to answer. He then handed me a "sorry we missed your delivery ticket" and said if you have any complaints the address is on there, then drove off. Last week the delivery man missed a day too!

I had an oversized package stuffed in my apartment sized mailbox making it so it couldnt be opened. I left notes taped to the door of the mail "shed" After 6 days, maintenance had to break the lock on my mailbox and replace the lock..

I had my mail held for a week while on vacation....it was to have been delivered to home on Saturday 7/21/2018 and it was not. The postman said yes it was on his list but it was not put on his truck....this is very concerning to me that my mail was not delivered as requested. Since my mail delivery is usually not until very late afternoon, 5pm or later on most days, I certainly hope that it is delivered today.

I went on Saturday 22 to send something. The service was HORRIBLE. Customers were getting yelled at and I was asistentes by the rudest lady. I asked her for a quick second and she left me waiting for 15 minutes. She never came back and the other ladies didn't want to help me at all. Finally after the horrible experience is someone decided to give me their turn so that the ladies could assist me a before then I had asked them for help and they had ignored me and said that they didn't know what they could do. In the end all they needed to do was give me a stamp and charge me.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
