Autographed pictures were jammed into mailbox and ruined. Previous carrier cared about his work and would either carry to door or leave by garage if it didn't fit. New one has no pride in his/her work. Would rather deliver damaged. Where do they find these people?

Thank you for throwing my dead relatives ashes onto our driveway over literally NOTHING. Not a thing is blocking you from doing your job respectfully. If the trashcan was in front of the mailbox it was done by the garbage men NOT us do NOT retaliate against US for you hating your job. Absolutely disgusting and I will be calling to let you know just how angry I am over having to pick up my ashes from being tossed into my driveway. I will be filing formal complaints with every government branch related to USPS possible. Whoever did this you are an absolute monster and I wish you the best on your downward spiral in life for disrespecting the dead in the way you did.

Sprayberry is the absoulte worst Post Office. Mail always delayed and they NEVER answer the phone. Whats the point of having a phone # if no one answer. And they wonder why USPS is struggling to maintain business.

I placed 8 pieces of mail in the blue box in front of the Sandy Plains post office. They were all bills that were to be paid. None of these bills reached their destination. I just spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get this mess straightened out, Who is working at this post office, a bunch on chimpanzees? This is deplorable.

I was in Marietta to visit my Aunt who was in Hospice. My GPS sent me to another address across town. Keena from the Sprayberry office was on her route and spotted me in my distress. She stopped, asking if I needed help. I was so obviously lost she offered to have me follow her to the Hospice. When I protested saying she was too kind Keena replied “Not at all, this is what we do, we help people”. Thanks to Keena I was able to visit my Aunt in her last hours.

We live at 2149 Morgan Rd., Marietta, GA 30066, & Phillip (don't know his last name) is our postman. Phillip is FANTASTIC ! ! Myself & our neighbors think Phillip is great ! He always makes sure we get our mail & is so careful with it. If a box is too big for the mailbox, he'll bring it to our door. Phillip is one of a kind. He's terrific & perfect representation for the postal service. Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate Phillip & what he does for us. Patty McGill

James, unhappy customer, I am not getting the expected service by the Sandy Plains, Sprayberry location, either. I live less than 3 miles and see MANY mail trucks pass our resident by and at the end of day our mail is not pucked up. My husband and I have gone to the Sandy Plains office more times than we have fingers and without fail our service would again start having "failed pickup" in a short period after our visits. I TOTALLY AGREE "NO -ONE IS LISTENING " or the right person has not been made aware, YET ! I have been face to face with 4 supervisors and still feel we DO NOT have the service of daily mail being picked up. Shareing your concerns is not something I am proud of, but did want to let you know OUR SERVICE is BAD AS WELL. You are not alone and SOMEONE needs to fix the daily mail delivery service. Yesterday, July 30 2021, I put the red flag up on our home resident at 5:30 a.m. and it is 7:50 a.m., July 31 2021, & YES my flag is still up and not a USPS mail carrier has picked up our mail YET!!! Not happy for sure, Gwen Pace.

By looking at the comments given by others, I am not alone in saying the Sandy Plains Post Office leaves much to be desired. I am a business owner on their route and have been "missed" in four out of the last 12 delivery days. Doesn't seem like much, but I am a practicing CPA and this time of year the OUTGOING (pick up) is just as important as incoming mail. I have commented before about the horrible service from this location, but no one seems to give a DARN. It's frustrating that no one tries to fix their horrible service. Anytime there is a substitute carrier, we have problems. We're in a strip shopping center and I sometimes watch from my window as the carrier speeds past our location, without even a hint of concern. I intend to report this to the U.S. Postmaster's office in Washington, but am not confident it will make a difference. Someone in charge should have a close look at whomever is running the Marietta Sandy Plains P.O. @ 30066 zip code.

I have lived in the same house for over 20 years, this PO has always been unprofessional, rude and the carriers are just as bad. Every time I schedule a pick up through click and ship they do not get picked up. No wonder the PO is on the brink of bankruptcy. Take away their sweet pensions until they learn how to actually work. I'm a reasonable person, I understand that Covid and Weather have caused delays in shipping...that I understand. However, this guy comes to my house every day and it appears he refuses to get out of the vehicle to pick up packages at the front door. So frustrating! AND THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE AT SPRAYBERRY! Every person working at the Sprayberry location needs to be fired!

I have been trying to call this location for 3 days now. No answer. My tracking information says my package (for a business) is being held at the post office per customer request. We never requested any such thing, as we are a business and open all week. This is the 2nd time in the past month that we have not received packages from them. Have decided that we will no longer order ANYTHING that ships through USPS, as this office can not and will not handle any issues. You can't run a business if you are relying on them.

this post office needs a real house cleaning. they outright lie about deliveries and are just too lazy to do their jobs. I will not go there in person for anything as they are rude, incompetent and a waste of time as you end up spending hours there due to their laziness. they stated today that they attempted to deliver a package and I have been home all day they couldn't even leave it in the mailbox totally useless, i encourage business not to use the post office

My postal person has left my packages out in the rain for the past two weeks. I am furious that they have not been left on my porch. One of the packages contained shoes which the rain ruined the shipping box and the box that contained the shoes hoping the shoes are going to be alright. How can I get my packages left on my front porch as they always have ?

My mail is usually picked without a problem. I have A complain. the mail I placed in my mail box on 6/11/2020 was more than likely missed placed by post office. I say This because all of the creditors did not receive payment. I keep record of my bills when sent out. So am requesting the postmaster look into the matter. Right now I do trust that If I put mail into my mail box and it will get where it needs to go.

I have the same numerical address as another person with a different street number. My mail and packages are CONSISTENTLY and REGULARLY misdelivered to the wrong address. So often, that I'm on a first name basis with the Sprayberry PO. Typically they blame a "substitute" carrier but more times than not, its the regular carrier. The person who gets my mail/packages has never returned them, but keeps my packages which makes it even worse. No wonder USPS is about to go bankrupt . Please teach your folks to READ.

I went to the USPS location at Sandy Plains, Marietta, GA to mail a letter with a return receipt request. I was informed cost would be $7.00. I informed postal clerk to send it regular mail and handed him a $10.00 bill for the .55 cent charge. He informed that he did not have any change. Paid for it with credit card. Sad!

We’ve had a number of substitute carriers since our previous carrier retired. We would like to recommend the first one I believe we had because he was very good. His name is Abuji Stokes and we would love for him to be our permanent carrier. Our neighborhood is Caribou Hills and we’re on Foothill Trail. Thank you

Lost a package that was sent int’l. It shipped insured and with a tracking number from sprayberry branch to who knows where since the tracking never got scanned at the last location. When I called to see if the tracking could be tracked via the phone system it says tracking internationally can only be done with 3 specific kinds of USPS packaging which I was not told. The employee told me the tracking # from the USPS would do. The tracking number is “invalid” even though I have the sticker and the receipt right here with the # printed on both. The supervisor told me there was “nothing to be done & it won’t be found” because it wasn’t scanned. Told me to file a claim. The online claim form won’t let me fill it out since the tracking # won’t work. This is why it’s a failing institution. The employees do not seem to care at all and aren’t helpful. And now they’ve lost $500+ worth of humanitarian goods which seems I can’t get reimbursed for even though I paid for tracking and insurance. So sadly disappointed plus I’m out a bunch of money. Thanks USPS for not giving a hoot.

My mail carrier is a lazy woman. She stuffed a 25lb box in the bulk mailbox. I could not remove it until I took a knife and cut up the outer box. Broke some nails in the process. I order kitty litter from Target to be delivered to my front door because I cannot carry it. When it's sent by UPS it gets delivered to my front door. Now I had to schlep it three floors up. I am royally pissed. I live at the legacy of Walton heights. Our mail service is spotty. Usually comes very late. Sometimes after 7 or 8. Ridiculous!!! From the many posts I read on here it looks like this particular post office really doesn't care about their customers. Shame on you!!! And this mail carrier needs to be fired. Or have her route split with another carrier if she can't do her job. I've heard many of my neighbors in this community complain about her. She can be very rude, too . Please improve your customer service!!

10 days ago, USPS returned my Income Tax Return. Said it was undeliverable. How is that possible, I get my mail everyday. Thanks Sprayberry! Maybe a disgruntled employee doing this for fun. My carrier said to call Sprayberry Office but they don't answer the phone.

On November 15th I took a package to this location with 748 post cards that I paid to get delivered locally. These post cards are for my family business Soto Remodeling. After a few days of not receiving a phone call I went into the office to confirm they had been delivered. They told me there is no way to make sure. After some more time I took matters into my own hands and went on the route my post cards were supposed to be delivered and 10+ people confirmed that they did not receive anything. I’ve tried to get help from anyone and everyone from USPS but they say only the manager at the local post office can help and I was told I would receive a call back from her in 72 hours. I didn’t receive a call. I called customer service again and they said she would for sure call me in the next 72 hours. Once that passed I called the local post office to speak to the manager and that’s when I was told she hadn’t even heard of this situation. She said she would call me in a moment once she looked into it, to my surprise, she did not call me back. It’s now January 4th and this issue still hasn’t been resolved. Step it up USPS

I have called Sprayberry post office 11 times in the last week and each time I was transferred to the Operator and after several rings, the line goes busy and ends the call. No one ever answered. I setup a "Mail forward" on April 26 and called on May 15 when someone did answer and advised them that my mail was still being delivered to my home. She went and talked to the route driver and guaranteed me that all my mail would be forwarded. As of this date I am STILL having mailed delivered to my home. How can I get this resolved?

Not for the first time, my carrier left a card in my box saying she was unable to deliver certified mail because I wasn't here to sign for it. This on a day that I was working at home and never left the house. Generally, service is good. I get a friendly wave if she sees me when she goes by, and a "Hi, how are you?" if I'm in hailing distance. But when she has a package, she backs down my driveway and dumps it on the ground behind my truck where I can't see it from the house to bring it in out of the weather--or avoid driving over it when I leave out of here. That said, I got a great, super-helpful response when I called to set up "re"-delivery on it.

Why does the Sprayberry Post Office not even answer phone calls? You call, it rings for a minute then it disconnects. Just like they are disconnected from the people they are supposed to service. UPS forever!

Sprayberry Post Office in Marietta really lacks any customer service. After 40 minutes in line I find out that they have run out of International Stamps. I know this can happen - but when it does - PLEASE PUT UP A SIGN TO THIS EFFECT so people don't waste their valuable time.

I have had to replace 2 mail boxes because the mail man constantly stuffs mail and small packages into the box. I have had to fight just to get the mail out because it is so full, causing the door on the box to break. I check my mail every day. The mail man stuffs mail into the box to avoid delivering the packages to my front porch.

Most incompetent post office in the county! First of all, they never answer the phone. I had a problem with packages being delivered to my address. The reason was that the mail carrier did not want to bring them to my porch as my driveway is on a steep hill. This went on for weeks until I got in touch with the manager. It took them another week to deliver all the packages properly. The lack of professionalism and laziness of this staff boggles the mind. The mail carrier should have been fired.
