Postal Locations

PLEASE FROWARD ALL MAIL FROM 392 CLAIREMORE CIRCLE TO NEW ADDRESS 3832 PINE ROAD PORTSMOUTH, VA 23703 CHANGE OF ADDRESS WAS SUBMITTED IN APRIL 2022!

I sent two packages they are holding one for extra postage just because it is too heavy for their lazy asses to wanna deliver $100 for a package identical to one that was already delivered because they dont think it is an envelope even though it is the post master is a complete mongoloid and is trying to extort people

Keep putting my mail in the wrong dang mail box! I have informed mail and half of it I don’t get! I had a very important tax document that was supposed to be delivered and I didn’t get it! They need to hire people that can FN see or something!

The supervisor is no help and very rude. I have never felt so angry in my life after leaving.

Terrible and the costomer service are rude

I can never get in contact with anybody from the post office out here. That’s just bad

These people are ridiculously terrible at customer service. I live in Walthourville but my mailing address is Hinesville. I call Walthourville and a super nice lady tried to answer my question but had to redirect me to Hinesville post office. The lady that answered at Hinesville was super rude, mid question (which was only can I pick up my mail with proof of address) she says "Hold on, hold on one second!" Then I hear her talking to people, laughing all this other crap. Mid hold (going on 10 min) I'm still waiting for a two second question so I hang up and call back. Now because they can seem to properly place me on hold the phone line is busy and they close in 15 min. And of course they're going to stay on hold that entire time.

The Hinesville location is so terrible, I'm not receiving my mail even though my packages have the correct address yet they are "forwarding" it to the same address already on the box. Then the people want to argue with me about where its at and give me excuses as to why it wasn't delivered. There is no reason I shouldn't be getting my mail. the carrier is a joke and doesn't pay attention when putting peoples mail into the correct box, on multiple occasions ive received another persons mail when my name is written on my box!!

The Hinesville postal service is to bad.... they falsified delivery to our house saying it was delivered at 0955 saying no one was here to receive it. However, we were home and didn't get a door knock or anything. If they had tried to deliver it, my doorbell camera would have picked them up but looking back through the footage there was no one.... Thanks guys for the wonderful service it is really appreciated.

Where is my mail. The USPS App states out for delivery but I returned home from work today at 4:30 and my mail has yet to be delivered. I tried to call my local post office but I fear they have taken their phone off the hook because it is constantly busy At the Hinesville Georgia Location. I am currently on hold to speak to a representative but that is a 40 to 50 minute wait. Surely the USPS can do better than this. I have had trouble lately getting my mail delivered on the schedule that is published and as of late my mail seems to simply get lost for several days. Please help
