They ALWAYS delivering your packages to the wrong place! The delivery drivers really don’t care. They leave your stuff anywhere! They say they left them in a parcel box, but leave no key! I mean you just have no way of knowing where your stuff is with them!! When you call the actual off everybody got an attitude! I mean you just can’t win with these people!!

I am tired of our Amazon boxes left sitting on the ground beside our mail box. Our mailbox is 1200 feet from the house. This has happened more than 3 times and with our neighbors multiple times. I stopped the mail person and personally talked with him and told him my concerns and expressed my disappointments. "Porch Pirates" are all over the news and these are left on peoples front porches. Anyone driving down the road can see it says Amazon on the box. I want this corrected immediately and I want a response from the Postmaster within 24 hours!!!

I have tried calling my local post office and my distribution center to no avail. No one answers at either location. Once a month perishables are delivered. Today the box was left in the middle of the driveway; other times in the open sun Instead of in the shade. I know there is a problem with getting help, but at least they should be instructed to leave packages in the shade on the front stoop. It doesn’t take much effort. My everyday post lady is wonderful.

Today is the 2nd time THIS WEEK that I came home to find my package sitting on top of the mailbox post, behind the mailbox, down at the street, in the rain. The box was barely too large to fit inside the box so it was just left there.. This was electronics the carrier likely destroyed today by not taking a minute to place the box on the porch out of the weather and out of plain sight. I'm actually surprised the box was still here by the time I got home. Again, 2nd time this week. This is unacceptable, Fayetteville USPS!

Not sure why my letter to my son in Marine bootcamp was not picked up in my mailbox (city of Fayetteville residence and red flag up on box) yesterday, Wednesday, Dec 22. But I’d sure like to know why?!

I am not sure why Deborah Daiely and Soon O. Hayes were the only two working at the Fayetteville Post Office on Friday, but those two did a super job providing service. It is rare to see employees lately who show such great customer service and never lose their smiles or get cross with anyone. Excellent work by both of them.

The major problem because there are many is the mail carrier in my subdivision is putting the wrong mail in the wrong mailboxes. I constantly get my neighbors mail and have to redeliver it. Most recently I was sent a birthday gift and I never received it. They should fire everyone of the workers at that location and start over. Their attitude is bad from the leadership down and put all of our identity at risk by not doing the minimum standards of their job. SAD! Maybe one day they will get a carrier that performs and deliver their mail in the same way that perform and deliver to us. They give a bad name to government employees.

Mail does not come everyday and if it does my mail is at neighbors and I have other peoples mail. This is unacceptable. I have complained numerous times and it still happens. The excuse I have been given is understaffed. Well mail is a right and what your mail carrier is doing is tampering with peoples mail. If it happens again, I am going to my lawyer.

I was supposed to have received a package which was mailed from Sunnyvale, CA on March 22nd. I waited and finally checked the status on March 30. using the tracking number. It said the package was delivered that day at 2:30 but when I checked my mailbox it was not there. The next day I called the dispatch office which is located off of Hwy. 54 in Fayetteville, GA. I called their office and spoke to a person and he said he would reach out to the carrier and would get back to me. When he did not call I called again to check the status. I got the same answer. I am still waiting to receive my package and haven’t heard back from him till now. I am frustrated and disappointed at the service. Don’t know what else to do.

Ok something has to be done. Mail is getting delivered after 7:30 pm and when it does packages clearly marked fragile have literally been thrown more than 6 foot onto wet ground without putting in a plastic bag. Blatant disregard and lack of concern. This is clearly an employee that needs to be released and with so many people out of work hire people who care enough of their job. Calling postmaster tomorrow and he can get any excuses then it will be also a request to release the manager too. Either do your job right or get out of the way.

I have just got my mail from our postal person that does farrington subdivision and he/she did not pick up my mail just threw mail on top of my my. My mail is in there for a reason bills need to be paid and if they don’t have the decency to get my out going mail them maybe they should look for a different job. No wonder the post office is in trouble. So whom ever is in charge please tell the employees to do there job, and pick up the mail

Carrier not picking up outgoing mail three times recently and has happened before. Have observed carrier stuffing new mail on top of outgoing mail and driving on - not putting down flag and almost a rolling stop. Called number for postmaster , although she did not identify herself, assume it was her. Told situation - she started making excuses about doors on boxes, etc. When I asked if flags did not indicate outgoing mail, she sarcastically said - I’m not arguing on Christmas Eve, have a nice day, good by and hung up on me. Very professional? I think the postmaster is the whole problem with this post office.

My new mail carrier does not deliver the mail until at least 5:30 PM.....mostvof the time, it is around 6:30 or 7:00 PM....after dark. This is completely unacceptable. I have called and complained, and, of course, nothing changed. This is ridiculous!

Unhappy with this facility. Two day package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. Postal tracking indicated it was delivered. It is Wednesday and no package. Called the dispatch facility this morning and talked with a supervisor. Promised he would get with the carrier followed by a phone call to me. He did not call. Talked with another supervisor who had no record of my conversation with the one I talked with earlier. She promised to call me after the carrier returned to the office. Where is my package? Recurring problems with this post office. They really don't care.

Went to pick up my package after getting slip that it was “final attempt of delivery”. Left work early to get there before 5. Was told to come back the next day because it was currently on mail truck because they were going to try again. Came back next day. Waited 45 minutes (no lie)for them to tell me that they gave away my package to someone else. I heard “manager” in background asking “what does she want us to do about it?”

Packages that come to my home are being literally stuffed into my mailbox so tightly that letters are crammed in the box and crumpled so badly that two cards were destroyed and the small boxes packed to tightly I had to drive to my home to get scissors to cut one of the boxes open in an attempt to get the packages out of the mailbox. I am at a loss as to this issue as well, packages and mail that are to be delivered the same day-the packages are brought to the house, but the mail is left in the box at the street, which is a 1/3 of a mile from the house? Is the issue, that no one wants to drive to the house, we all live 1/3rd of a mile from the street--

The mail carrier keeps damaging our mail boxes by slinging them open roughly with no regard for them. Reported but no action taken by leaders. They don’t care. They all need training at the Fayetteville PO. Just replaced mail box and they have damaged again. We should sue this post office.

worst postal service ever! our mail is always being delivered to the incorrect street and the neighbors mail is always with ours. recently I had a certified letter and I scheduled a redelivery they brought it on a different day when no one was home and then I called complaining asking for it to be delivered on a day we were there and never received it.

No customer service I mean if you don't like helping customers find a job where you don't have to do so. I called to find out why my payment was returned back to me in the mail and the representative was so rude. I know a lot of people that would love this job because excuse yourself and let someone who wants to work have your job. I'm so over rude employees.

This post office delivered a package that I was waiting on to someone else's house and got a signature that wasn't mine. When I went to the post office for the third time to see what could be done, the supervisor talked to me very rude and told me he was the one who put it in my mail box and that I was a liar. (Although he didn't know how he got the signature.) He told me that it was at my house he was sure of it. So not only was I called a liar, but a thief too. Even the person in a leadership position doesn't have the brains to match up numbers and letters right so people will get what they paid for! Very rude!

They have NO customer service and by far the worst deposition I have ever encountered. They also overcharge you for shipping packages. Go elsewhere!
