Postal Locations

This is the 3rd time my mail went to someone else and delivered by someone else! Second time it was my medication. I just received my Scana bill with payment part and other info missing which suggest it went to wrong address and they kept it. I have received other neighbors mail also. Get it together!!

I watched the post lady..not our regular one..drive right by my street. Now my friend will not get her Christmas card and my child will not get her Christmas gift. Thanks a lot for the sorry service at the Ellenwood Georgia post office. From all the residents on Jones rd.

I have several things to say about this post office, some great and some...well not so great.The Good:
When you go to this post office, it is kept clean and neat. They operate rather quickly and courteous. Supplies are almost always available for your every need. The customer service reps are timely and friendly. They close often at exactly 5pm, so even if you're getting out the car, it's too late, so get there before 5pm.The Bad:
Whoever calls to let you know of any discrepancies or issues is very rude. No patience and no respect given. You hardly have any chance to ask questions, and she will rudely hang up the phone on you. I was pleasantly surprised that someone who is serving the public at large would be so unprofessional and rude! Calling back the number is a hit and miss. Most times the line is busy, as if they deliberately leave the phone off the hook.I wish I had a chance to get the caller's name, for I would surely make a specific complaint to all relevant regulator agencies.
