I had a bad experience three years ago but I came today to get a money order. There were a lot of people in line and a mother and her daughter also came in. The child, as all children do, was playing and running around. She wasn’t disturbing anybody. Everyone could hear perfectly fine and the employee named Elizabeth yelled “Hey!” and sshed her. I can imagine the mother felt embarrassed and she left. As a mother to a hyper girl, I can only say that I’m upset about why that employee felt the need to yell and ssh that little girl as if it were her own. The post office is a quiet place but her excited screams weren’t bothering anyone. All children are alike and does she have no sympathy? No children of her own? Sometimes mother’s have to bring along their children. I’m sure all single moms or moms with working husbands understand. I hope I don’t have to run an errand with my daughter cause if it were my daughter she sshed, I wouldn’t have held back my opinion to her.

I want to know why there was no mail delivery on Meadow Lane Drive in Douglas on Friday, October 7th. I tried several times both Friday and Saturday to reach the Douglas Post Office, but the phone rings 30 times and then goes to busy. Please tell me what is going on.
