Twice now I've had mail stolen out of packages, taped back up without the invoice inside and delivered. Half of the time we get our mail packages thrown in the shrubs, outside in front of the garage while raining, wrong address or NOT AT ALL! FIRE THEM ALL AND START WITH HONEST PEOPLE! WE ARE ALL ANGRY AND DISGUSTED AT THE LAZINESS AND INCOMPETENCE! They NEVER answer the phone and we're left with our hands tied here! The manager there now (there have been a few) is just nonchalant about it and doesn't give a darn!

Carrier never attempted to deliver package. My husband was in the garage and the carrier just put the mail in the mailbox but no package. And then get a notification saying the driveway or front door was not accessible. Like what?? The lady just drove off not even trying to deliver the package!! Beyond frustrating.

Tired of having to go to Bonaire post office to track down mail. Today, I’m expecting a certified letter. Of course the notice is in the mail box. No one attempted. They are too lazy and management does nothing!

Does anyone else have a problem with getting other people's mail? I have never had this much trouble with the mail service in all my life. I can never get anyone to answer the phone or that can help me with this problem. We have tried everything known to man to try to get this taken care of.

I am trying to track a package that was mailed from their facility on 4/7. It is now 4/22. I live 2.5 hours away. I started the tracing process and was told it was still in Bonaire. I tried calling but as others have said - no one answers the phone. I have no way of getting information on my package.

Does anyone ever answer the phone. I have packages missing that say they were delivered yesterday but they weren’t. My granddaughter and I were both home.

Yesterday I received a notification that a package was delivered into my mailbox. It was not delivered and I can’t get a hold of anyone today to find out where it is. This is ridiculous. Last package I was waiting for made it to the post office and then was sent over an hour away. It took another week before someone had to come by with their van to deliver it to me. Why?!

Every time I have a package, I never ever receive it. I have to go to the post office to even get it. They don't know why. The dumb idiot will drive past my house almost every night. Even when we have notification that mail is out for delivery

Called office and phone rang 30 times before I gave up. Unacceptable!!! Additionally, we had not been getting our mail to our new address for weeks. We find out from fill in carrier that it was being placed in the wrong box.(a box we have no key too!) This issue has obviously not been fixed since we are still getting no mail.

No one answers the phone during the day. Only time I have been able to get hold to anyone is late in the afternoon. They returned a package to the company I purchased items from and the package has never got there. No reason for the package to have been returned, it is due to the post office isn't doing their job. This is very frustrating especially since I already paid for the items and still don't have what I purchased. Per the post office the package was returned Dec 12th and over 2 weeks later the package is in limbo.

No one answers the phone!!!! I had a package that they said they tried to deliver Saturday at 6:19pm and that's a lie because I was eating diner at that time and no one came to my door. Packages are suppose to be left in my garage and this is the first time that they didn't...so someone was lying.

Cards are always open when I receive them. It's like a postal clerk is looking for money in the card.
