The bloomingdale location is the worst post office period, the staff in side all day always have an attitude and what's worse is I was waiting behind someone trying to get answers they should know and they had an attitude with the gentlemen, and after he walked out frustrated with them, both ladys decided it was a good idea to insult the man and talk trash about him when it's their fault and they really need to be replaced asap. Alot of people on my side of bloomingdale have all said they will go to a different post office then drive the 5 minutes to this one. Really need someone to come in here and do their job and replace the rude people currently working here.
This has got to be the worst post office. I have issue after issue with the customer service. When a package has to be signed for, the postal carriers do not get out of their vehicles. The post office itself has lost 2 packages that were sent to my son away at college,. The post office did not give me notice also that i had medication waiting. I got the third notice, that was all, not the 2 previous notices as expected. Today I was in there to mail a priority shipment to a FPO address, which is military to a navy destroyer in the middle of the ocean. The postal lady assured me there was no such zip code. i asked to check it 3 times. So I will go tomorrow again and tell her to check it again with the same address. i wasted 2 hours trying to check the address which is clearly listed on the military website.l am not sure if you have incompetent people working for the United states post office. But I know numerous people that have had many complaints at this particular branch. I will go again and make sure she understands it is a military delivery, to a naval destroyer in the middle of the ocean. This kind of service is clearly unacceptable.
