I visited the Westend location this morning and they were not servicing customers due to "No clerk". Why did you open your doors for business when you were not prepared to service the customers. This is not the only issue for this location such as the clerk showing an attitude, facility dirty inside and unkeeped on the outside, This location needs to be restructure for better service in the future.
I have been to the West End location for the past month and it has been closed. I have a bulk mail that needs to go out every door direct where can I take it for my neighborhood?
Clerk 31 charged me an ass-ton of money to mail my packages. Turns out he secretly charged me Priority Mail 1-Day shipping without my consent. Piece of shit
Why is it that we have to wait all day and night for our mail sometimes it don't get here till 7/8 when we have clearly seen him on the street talking to other people and just chilling why do we have to wait all day and there are times when we get our mail even later then it was supposed to be mailed can someone explain this to us
Questioning why the lobby hours on this site states OPEN 24 hours. Yet on several occasions the lobby has been locked, lights out!! It is totally unfair to customers...hence the reason of purchasing boxes. To be able to check them whenever.........
Please fix this on-going issue.
The mail sucks in Adair Park! Registered mail never delivered to house nor any notification left to advise me their was any mail at office. So how would I have know if I did not call the sender?!
I'm having the worst time with my mail delivery,it's been going on for a period of 2 years,my packages are being stolen,and no one seems to care,they tell one lie to cover another, I've filed complaints, police reports,and to no avail,I'm writing to Washington DC next because I've had enough, Never have I experienced such incompetent uncaring individuals, something should be done about this and done quickly!
2 years please! This crap has been going on for decades. I ended up having to file bankruptcy because I could never get my credit card bills on time during a time in which I was unemployed and had to do some heavy money management. They will lose your package they would lie about losing your package they'll send you the Crown Road knowing that it's not there.. . I've even peeped them looking behind a desk in the back for a package. The people from this post office are Monumental Liars and awful workers

Amazon might come in this location is always slow they only have one person at the register and then never can find people mail this my second time trying to find my mail and they have not found it yet I'm still waiting I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes if I could I would take pictures of this long line so about 15 people are here and
