I brought in a package on May 24th, that had to go to China. The package never made it. People make mistakes and as I tried to figure out where the package was I called this post office. A woman answered. I said my name and tried to explain what was going on. The woman started speaking over me with a rude attitude to let me know that they don't leave packages at the front. Whatever that means. She wouldn't so much as listen to me or let me finish the feedback I received from the help line to try and figure out where my package is. I'm loosing hundreds of dollars. She hung up on me. I called again just to be hung up on again. This will not be the end of my trying to figure out what is going on. I've NEVER written a poor review--- I feel like people just love to be negative. I've never been treated that way by any service. Reading the reviews it seems I am not the only one who has had their package lost here. I STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING ELSEWHERE

Words cannot describe how inefficient the employees are at this post office. An automated email reply from the postal manager promising to get back with me within 24 hours NEVER HAPPENED. For that matter, you can't speak to a person when you call 1-800-ASK-USPS. I also got an email from them, telling me my case number, but when you try to track it, nothing happens. I doubt I'll ever receive the package, I have absolutely no faith in this post office or the postal service in general. Consider it a miracle if you receive any mail, ever!
