I am writing in regards to the service that Doraville, Ga postal service has provided for our company. At the beginning of our business locating here ,our mail would be delivered around 2-3pm daily for 2yrs.. Since he was moved to another route, the current mail carrier has fell short by all business standards and her job should be reevaluated. I have asked our mail carrier to stop by our business daily to see if we have out going mail since she deliveries to the other companies in our lot. Her response to doing her job was, " I will stop only if i have mail for you." There has been mail and bills for other companies that has been misdelivered to us that still sits her from last week. This will continue to be here until the carrier stops by to pick it up. This is not right and the Doraville, Ga postal service should be held accountable for people who refused to do their job.

When mail comes at 11:00 pm or not at all, this is not ok. Where do I file a complaint?

What is the point of posting a complaint when service never changes. Apparently the mail person does not like to bring packages to the door and if an when they do ....they stick their finger into the box so it is easier for them to carry. Once I just found my sheets I order on the road curb under my mailbox. Oh and the weekend postal person NEVER brings the packages and never leaves a card...they leave it for the weekday carrier. Don’t ever call because they NEVER bother to pick up the phone either. This is on my tick sheet for another reason to move out of Dunwoody!

This is a VERY HORRIBLE post office location. Every time I order from Shoedazzle, they NEVER deliver my packages or leave a message letting me know they have my package. I Have to always call the company I order from to confirm they shipped through the Post Office and then make a trip to the Post Office to watch them look for my package. I purposely request that my packages are not sent through the Post Office or FedEx for this reason. And when you speak to the workers at the customer desk, they are rude. I am very displeased with this service and I will be taking my complaints to the top!!

Received notice of letter that was not delivered and the carrier noted he could not get someone at the house to answer the door...I was at home and was in the front of my house when postal assoc delivered the mail...no one came to my door to try to deliver my letter...getting ready to go the post office, i ran into our mail carrier as I was getting in the car who said if I signed the card it would delivered on Tues due to Columbus day holiday...told him I would go post office since I did not want to wait for the letter... At the post office Saturday...I am handicapped and have trouble trying to negotiate stairs and I thinking the ramp was outside the door, I parked in the area designated for handicap but did not find the ramp...I had left my cane in the car since i did not anticipate having I to climb the stepcs... another customer saw me having trouble and showed me the access ramp...the ramp was not readily visible...area overgrown and not well kept for a government facility...once inside waited more than 15 minutes for service...several customers in line but only one clerk visible...when I was able to approach the clerk and hand her the completed Orange card, she identified me by name and went to get my letter...when she got back to the counter she again identified me by name but refused to give me my letter because I did not bring in my license...I explained there was nothing indicating identification would be needed to retrieve the letter....she refused again to give me my letter...since I was in pain from climbing the stairs and i did not bring my cane inside, i did not want to navigate another trip back to my car and then back inside again...told the clerk to just deliver the letter on Tuesday and left the letter and orange card with her...my carrier is on vacation till 10-20..our out going mail was in the box but was not picked up or mail delivered on Tuesday at all...the carrier picked up at 7am on Wednesday morning as we getting in the car to take the mail to the post office...upon review of the delivered mail. the letter that I was expecting the post office to bring on Tuesday was not even delivered with the mail Wednesday morning...to say I am not pleased is an understatement...please have your people practice customer service..I pay the increases for stamps and am mostly understanding with late delivery of the mail and mail delivered to wrong addresses but my time is also important and I think respect is also due to the customer...the letter I was unable to pick up is from the hospital.. as I am a heart patient and stage 4 colon cancer patient currently taking chemo, the info contained in the letter could be important to my health...please if it is necessary to bring if to retrieve a package add that to the instructions on you orange card or have the carrier actually make the attempt to deliver the Orange card and the mail to the person in the house...I am home all day and know the sound of the mail truck and did hear it outside on Friday but no attempt was made to deliver...

I had an envelope with a tracking number not delivered. The tracking stated it was out for delivery. Then about a month later it still did not show delivered. I have a very upset client and no response from this team at this PO. Mateo, the employee in charge of the open USPS Claim/Case # 137145052, was to return my call and let me know the progress of finding the envelope. I had to call 3 days later and he had no answers and I had to ask for an apology for mis-handling my mail. Very poor communication on his end and rude employees answering the phone.

I was recently helped by phyllis white. She proved to be very competent and professional. It was a pleasure to have my problem handled by her in such a pleasant manner. I want you to know what a fine job she is doing. Kudos

First of year mail delivered around noon time, April mail delivery approx. 2:30, and from October thru today it's 5:00 - 10:00pm with no explanation for mail being delivered this late. Mail carriers delivering during the night on residential streets is unsafe traffic. Apparently there's lack in supervision and management for delivery in the 30360 and 30340 areas - has this become the norm. Do the carriers have second job of being a mail carrier?

Our postal carrier is avg delivery of mail to our business 2 days a week for the past three weeks and when asked why, he says because this is a new route to him. We are located in a stretch of warehouse with ten other business and just 3 miles from the Doraville GA post office so why can't you remember to deliver our mail as you have to be going back to the post office with a lot of undelivered mail? Furthermore, you tell us you are off on Fridays? When we call to complain to the post office supervisor, we get the lip service of we will look in to it, etc. Well, it's ongoing for 3 weeks now and apparently you haven't looked in to Teresa Brown! Frustrated as we are not receiving customers check or suppliers invoices and and is a big problem. The postal service carrier responsibility is to deliver mail ON TIME six days a week per the USPS website!
