If there is a Post office master for the college park Post office then you need to look into the complaint because I have been dealing with the same Post office for a year until the post delivery put in my mail box vacancy why I am still living at the same address for years. Now my mail is been pick over in what mail I get and what mail I don't get. Because I had a friend to help me to see if they mail would come or not. And believe it I never get the mail that should had get to me in 3 days. And as today that pice of mail still had not get to me. This is not a joke what college park Post office is doing to customers. This is very unfair to us and if you need me to give you they name I will not have no problem doing so. Because when I what to the Post office about some mail that had a check inside of it for $1600 Dollar I never get the check that the check had a none stopped payments on it. Today that mail never did come.i don't know how the post office take complaints but you guys need to checkout why this post office have complaint. This is not the first time I complaint about this and from the past I saw with my own eyes a worker took the mail from a drop off box and took it into the post office and my money was charged from the company I had made the money order out to that to do a trace on the money order that the company I get the money order from was deposit into a checking account. That the name of the company I made the money order out to was removed and disposit into a bank that had no name on the account. I reach out to the post office in hatesvillefor the postmaster. And to find out that the postmaster for the one on Cascade was at the other post office on crown Road. I never could get my money back from that bank with the police report. And here I am complaint about my mail I can't get only what they want to give me. This problem is a problem. That you guys need to really fix. Thank you. I can't lie. Sincerely

On December 31 my mail person a lady I watched her get out of her truck and to my surprise I saw her get out of her truck stand by her truck and throw my package across from the side walk to my door I watched her and I couldn't believe it come to find out my merchandise that I ordered was broken

SHE SAID IT WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE POSTMASTER. MY DUE DATE IS APRIL 30,2021. I'M A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN WHO RECEIVES A VERY LOW MONTHLY INCOME. I REQUESTED FOR A DISCOUNT FEE. I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE BEING YOUR LONG TERM VALUED CUSTOMER SINCE 2002. PLEASE HELP CAUSE I HAD PLANNED TO PAY FOR ONE YEAR FEE THIS TIME. PLEASE RESPOND SOON. THANK YOU.

The laziest collection of government workers ever. 1 day packages sitting in a trailer for 7 days. They don't answer the phone or any other type of communication. Whoever is D. Coleman is he must work there.

I ordered a small air-conditioned offline took 30 days to get here supposed to be delivered today on the 29th and it did not come from the post office shows tracking shows on truck to be delivered here is it at 8:20 almost 8:30 and my item still hasn't been delivered tracking numberRE09170894CN

I order shoes in store from Talbots and had them shipped to my house. The package was delivered sometime last night, left on the ground behind my mail box. Luckly my husband spotted it while bringing down the trash can. With all the theft going around, you would think the Post Office will be so careless.
