I mailed 3 cards in the postal pick up in wildwood preserve They were for Father's Day and my sons birthday. Two had 50.00 gift cards. I believe the mailman stole them. I have heard the same complaint from other people in my area I dated a postman once and reported him for doing the same thing. This was put in the mail on June 16th.

I mailed 3 birthday cards in February from your branch. One was mailed Feb 5th, and two were mailed on Feb 15th. These cards were placed in the lobby’s drop slot. The card mailed on the 5th should have arrived by the young man’s birthday, 17 Feb, and the other two should have arrived by the 27-28 Feb. all three cards had personal checks, no gift cards or cash. I hope they arrive, but some where between Wildwood, Fla., and Novi, Mi (mailed on 5th) and Redford, Mi. (2 cards mailed on the 15th) they managed to disappear. It is interesting to note, the checks to cover our bills at the same times as the birthday checks have all cleared the bank. I am sure you would agree that it is interesting that the three were cards in colored envelopes have not arrived at their appointed destinations in a timely manner. Should o report this to the police or do the I postal authorities handle it?

This post office has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Used to get mail around 11-12 now it's 4-5pm. Also I hardly ever get my grocery ads anymore. I have to pick them up at the store. This postmaster should be fired. I will be contacting My congressman's office.

No one answers the phone. Mail jammed in box prevents key from turning, so I can’t get my mail.

Don't answer your phone, or take it off the hook and just ring busy..... Don't care. A call to inspector general and formal complaint will be filed with Congressman. I AM DONE!. FOURTH PACKAGE was delivered via a neighbor. Just last week, I gave my neighbor couple packages (medical) that I received. I have had companies send checks to unclaimed funds just got a check over $200 from State. Bank froze my account when I was traveling, due to returned important mail. I remember when mail carriers had pride in their work. I guess it's just a paycheck now. Take your mail to Coleman or Oxford to send out.......that's a totally different story.

I have called and called and called the post office in Wildwood and no one ever answers. I get a daily notification of mail being delivered to me (nice) and my son sent me a letter. The notification said I was getting it last Friday. I got everything except the envelope from my son. I’m not a happy camper as there were important papers in that envelope.

Post office customer care does not exist! The Wildwood Florida post office does not even answer their phone! The main government number said the wait was over an hour! What a dam mess!

Packages keep going missing. Said they are delivered to front door or to mailbox and are not there. Trying to get a hold of anyone at this post office for an explanation is impossible. Have called multiple times this morning and was put on hold then hung up on twice.

On June 30th 2020 @ 1253 hrs a US mail truck on County Road 504 in Wildwood FL was traveling at a rate of speed that did not give him/her the ability to slow down for 4 Sandhill Cranes which were standing on the roadway! The vehicle the served into the other lane to avoid striking them!! This is reprehensible!!!

Just moved here and this is the second time I have had mail be held or disappear when I order online and it gets into the city. What is happening in this post office??? Nobody answers then you go in and they have attitudes with you. All I want is what I paid for and I can’t even get that.

I’m completely disappointed with our Post office. They won’t answer the phones. The customer service is awful. (Not kind). I asked multiple times before replacing my mailbox (which was damaged due to road construction ) if we were going to be moved to a community box. I was told no every time. Then without notice I was left a key to a community box last week. Today I tried to get a packaged out of the bigger box and the key they left won’t even go into the slot! This is not the first time I’ve gotten a package so I do know how to use the box. Tried multiple times after the PO is listed to be open to call and let someone know and NO one will answer the phone! Poor Poor service!!’

My family has lived in Wildwood for many many years, my parents moved to Wildwood also. In 2006 we moved to Tunnel Hill Georgia. Starting that year on our birthday, Anniversary, Christmas, Easter etc. Over 80% of these Greeting cards being mailed to us and the ones to them would never arrive, that's alot of broken hearts, at least after the 2 first gift cards went missing we will never put trust back into your post office, and mail gift card. Even cards being mailed from us living in numerous locations would still go missing. My mother has filled several complaints with absolutely no reply. But this time it is the worst! My daughter is in the Navy stationed in Illinois for Basics, my mom sent her 6 cards of support, love, laughter and again Love. Of course she did not receive a single one became some mean heartless hateful narcissistic sorry excuses of a human being has taken them ripped them open to see what they can steal. 12 years this has gone on. My Mother once again will once again will be filing another report, but I'm sure you'll just through it away. I am holding you the Postmaster of Wildwood Post Office 100% responsible for tampering with the United States Navy mail. This will not be my last post about this! You took happiness and joy out of my Daughter's heart because she did not receive her Birthday Cards and many others so has the rest of the family. Far and away the BEST post office I have ever been to! There was a long line but there were 3 cashiers open and a 4th person came out to get info so that the process was faster when you got to a cashier. When I walked in I thought I would be there 15-20 minutes, at least, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! Do you think the staff would like to transfer to my post office?
