Postal Locations

Came there Sat. Aug. 26 to mail three flats on the self service machine. The labels fell off the envelopes, would not stick. go in the lobby and the Spanish guy on west end counter just says get in line. Waited half hour and get a black gal 4 stations down. She would not fix the problem nor give me three little pieces of tape to secure the postage labels that cost me nearly $10!. She said I had to buy new labels or buy a role of book tape. Why? I already paid for the postage and I have several rolls of book tape at home I paid half for, so I don't need any more tape at your price. Guess you better bring your own supplies to this PO as they would not remedy their issue. the customer service here is awful the past few months. Why?

A package was allegedly delivered to my house on 03/17/2023 @ 12:34 pm. There is NO SIGN of any package being delivered video reviewed. The only tracking # I have is ZD8100626238CD. PLS help

My tracking number is RR807328367PE this package has arrived at the WPB facility many times and Keeps getting shipped out to other locations. This has been since December 4th when it arrived from Peru. Please stop the shipping to other locations if you can be so kind and hold the package I will go to the the WPB facility on Summit blvd and collect the package the next time it is delivered there. Help. I shipped several packages from Poland. 3 to N.C. and one to Palm Beach. For unknown reasons one of the NC boxes. Also was shipped to Palm Beach. I have tried to get help here in the US. USPS, no help at all. The tracking info for the lost package is Cp273689136pl. Poland advises they no longer have the boxes. That i should contact USPS. Which will save a lot of time. ISPS have been so uncooperative. The package was supposed to be delivered to 1444 Jevgerys Road Ste 306 Rocky Mount, nC 27804. I did get a reroute of the box 4 days ago. Then today same problem popped up. Being returned to Palm Beach. Which is President Trumps Residence. Can anyone fix this error? Thanks. CJ. Email. .

called post office three times didnt even ring just cut me off. The postal worker delivering my mail is not putting it in the righ box at my developement. I have received others peoples mail and packages.Never had a problem with the person who delivered my for years until he retired, they just dont seem to care

This Monday they had to give me a package, they gave it as delivered on Tuesday 04/20 and it was not like that, I have tried to recover my package and I have no answer, I made a claim and I have no answer I have gone to the office twice and they do not give me answer, they are to call me and let me know and do not call postal code 33411 Royal palm beach.

No only will no one answer but they hang up on you when you do call. Tried 10 times, would ring and after so many rings they just pick up and hand up, will not even answer phone.

No one answers. I called three times. No one answered. Why publish a phone number if no one answers? Worse than a third world country.

Package mailed from Schaumburg I’ll to West Palm. Safely arrived. But they sent it to Edgarton KS where it sits for over 6 days- no answers at either location and the 800 number doesn’t seem to understand it WAS in Fla, they’ve lost it nobody can find it

On Oct. 26 I sent a package from Highland Bch, FL to Pasadena, CA it was sent priority mail (not flat rate) paid $37 ..6 days later when I tracked it ...it was delivered to Boca Raton , FL..today it is in West Palm Bch distribution .....today is Nov 2...

Someone has gone though all of the mailboxes on our street, taken stuff, and thrown everyones mail in the road. Who do I contact? I had a package delivered and it is not there.!!!! Please help!! Thanks

On Sept 31 2016 (saturday) i lovingly mailed my son a box of perishable items and so other things that was of need to him. His mailbox is still empty. Another time a year ago I mailed an item to orlando also it had important information (taxes) It also never arrived. I do not have peace of mind and I no longer trust the post office.

I'm calling them right now and no one is answering, it's been ringing for 5 min!
