- As of today Sat, 22 July, 2023 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL - Since - 7 July, 2023; NO note/ word on specifics. - I am at 1983 HARRISON St (have others in my area had problems w/ this carrier ? - I want to compile a list of potential grievances - as I have now pursuing a number of possible (LEGAL) remedies, (I won't mention here) to have my service restored/ prevent any repeat of -ever; I think some federal law MAY have been violated (or at least) "stretched" - I have informed delivery, so I know EXACTLY what is SUPPOSED to be delivered - EACH Day (I have these saved) - My carrier has in the past FORGED my signature on her pad to avoid ANY CONTACT WITH ME - I think this a violation of some postal reg; - When 'she' was a past fill-in, this person also left 'we missed you' slips, for the same reason (While I was clearly at home) Even AFTER she figured out where the doorbell was. - Now, ir seems my purple haired overly sensitive carrier, has finally found a way to evade delivering my packages (I collect Military items WW1 -Vietnam Era); She tried to apparently change my buying habits (ebay) by suddenly (3rd week of April, 2023) refusing to enter my carport walkway to get them undercover (from near year-round rains here in FLA) - though I think she clumsily tripped once; - After I complained, she responded my throwing my packages on the ground out from under an eve; Later, predictably ALL were soaked - though I got 'lucky' and got home before All where destroyed esp the cheap usps ones in an absolute down-pour; When I complained again, and left a serious note about her NOT leaving my pkgs to be destroyed in the monsoon rains here; She countered w/ sicking the postmaster on me (twice)' after trying 'hey you were a Marine, so was I' bit, the next visit was to issue a series of threats; My overly impression was the pm here really doesn't care about any pf the packages, I'VE PAID to be delivered here -UN-DAMAGED. - Like my situation I suggest contacting the regional postal inspection service (JAX)

Titusville, Florida Mail Courier just threw my mail all over my driveway at 12:20PM today 08/16/2022 address: 890 Poinsettia Ave., Titusville FL 32796. This is blatant disrespect of Federal and personal property.

I am still not receiving my mail to my new address from my old address I moved April 26th and put in a change of address 2 weeks before that. I have put in 3 other changes of address at the post office in person and my mail is still going to my old address. So my mail is still going to this address since April. I have very little faith left in this system

They didn’t forward my package and I’ve called four times to ask them to retrieve the package and send it on but no one answers. Are the phones and change of address forms not paid attention to?

If the post office opens at 9am M-F as I just found out online, why don't they change their door tags indicating "You mail pick your mail up 8-5 M-F" to reflect the actual hours?? Why the inconvenience?

I had a package delivered to a wrong address on Saturday, on the following Monday, I spoke to the local Post Office manager. In about 90 minutes, I was holding that package in my hands. The manager personally delivered the shipment in his own POV, with an apology. If you see this Eric, thank you! Now that's customer service!

The best service on the planet. I've lived in Atlanta, an other cities, but the personal service that I received from the mgr. to my route man could never have been better. From finding 5 lost packages, my fault, to explaining why a letter mailed in T'vill took 7 days to reach my new landlord" who was standing at my door" so long. I think they are the best. Debbie

In the past 6 months, i have had 3 instances where my mail has not gotten to its destination. I have made the trip to the p.o. to mails my bills and cards so i don't blame my carrier, who is top notch. It's expensive to stop payment on checks. Where does the mail go?

This is the second time that I've left outgoing mail with the flag up and it wasn't picked up by the carrier. They delivered the mail, but didn't pick it up.

I called at least 6 times to try and get the package put on hold so I could pick it up. I work nights and by the time I get home it wont still be on the porch. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I know several postal workers and they don't give a damn because the postal service treats them so bad.

Obviously everyone that has commented this far has been fairly idiotic. First off, the single post office in the area gets all the business of the town, for the most part, so of course it is busy. As with any post office, having your package or envelope already correctly packaged AND pre-labeled with an easy-to-purchase and print label helps expedite the process immensely. As a seller for eBay, I ship packages almost daily. Whenever I stop by the post office I have to wait for all the people like you that don't have a clue what they're doing. It's a simple process, make infinitely harder. The post office workers know me by name and are always very pleasant, albeit succinct. They're busy. Busy because horses of people waltz in expecting someone to cater to their every need. Usually, the office workers allow me to bypass the long lines because all they have to do is scan my packages and set them in the bin. No receipt printed, no million questions. Also, the town isn't dead. This is obvious by the influx of people and businesses of late. Anyone who has been to the post office can see clearly across the street, or maybe you can't, the brand new buildings with an outdoorsy, posh feel. As more of the buildings are completed, more residents will move in. Many people forget this town was established because of the railroad, then boomed because of NASA. Well, NASA is sidelined, though many still work there. Titusville has had to switch tracks and focus on different things, such as shopping and better offices for the many businesses. Instead of bashing a place many people enjoy to live in, how about you just move. You won't be missed and I'll continue to enjoy the small business perks and low traffic that I appreciate so much. Good day to you!

This post office has been one of the worst I have ever seen for over 20 years. The counter staff is almost never pleasant and will ignore you and continue to ask you if you would like every service they offer after you have told them what it is that you would like. The machine in the lobby is roughly twice as friendly as the average worker there. You really should try to avoid this post office like the plague.

This town is dead. Don't come here for anything. The USPS here is worthless and a very sorry excuse for humans. The restaurants suck. No beach. Just a God awful place to be. I will never ever return.

Forced to agree with all the negative comments. POOR SERVICE, no make that NO SERVICE. No wonder UPS is doing so well. I received a text from Amazon that a package was delivered by USPS yesterday. I only noticed the text in the evening, so I waited until today to check my mailbox to see if a notice was there to pick up or placed in the box (community mail box's with large bx for delivery). Neither. I have been trying to phone the PO. HA! When the phone rings it is apparently hung up, because it goes from answered tone to busy in 10 seconds. This has now been happening for over 45 mins.

Sold an item on Ebay that could not be delivered because buyer did not put her apartment number in address. Took 11 days before LA office shipped it back. When it arrived at Titusville it was marked as "Out for delivery" but never was. It was sent back to Orlando, then back to Titusville, then back to Orland then back to LA. Titusville PO never answered my phone calls or replied to four (4) faxes I sent about this matter. Crappy service

why are you surprised Titusville in general is the worst town ever. 50% on welfare and 30% too lazy to get out of bed and go to work. No one can hire good employees from this pool of misfits !! That tall guy with the tie is like a moody little boy.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER! They are rude, lazy and generally don't give a hoot about doing the job they were hired to do. Packages showing delivered, when in fact they are not. Lazy postal lady on my route tells me, "So I made a mistake - don't you ever make mistakes?" Only way to fix this is to file a complaint with the USPS General Inspector, which I have done a few times.

I have tried calling the post office in Titusville, Florida and no one ever answers the phone and I hate going there because the postal workers are mean to the customers. Even the mailmen are not the friendliest. Don't understand why the postal system had to close all the post offices in Titusville and left us with just one to deal with. Need to retrain in customer service please.

This is why I go to The Mail Center on Hopkins. I don't know if it costs more... I DONT CARE! They are always so nice and helpful, and I hardly ever have to wait. So worth it! Our government post office should be ASHAMED. Pitiful and just plain wrong considering our taxes pay their salaries!

The cashier, Rita D Battle, is mean.(I may have gotten the first name wrong) She has a second name tag with Diane on it. I assume the "D" is for Diane. She called me an idiot because I asked a question about the prompt on the credit card swiper. Instead of answering my question and explaining things to me, she calls me an idiot and answers the question for me on her screen. If the question was for me to answer why did she answer it? What if she answered it wrong? What if how she answered it will mess up my package somehow? Besides me, she was rude and short to everyone that came in. I think she needs to be released. This is a customer service position and she does not know how to kindly and respectfully interact with customers. I called to let the manager know, but low and behold they don't answer the phone. The guy that was working next to her was nice and friendly he had a smile on his face and was whistling. She could learn a few things from him.

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. I have had the same experiences with the same person on many occasions. It is like she really hates her job and it is being projected onto her costumers because her attitude is terrible. Her superiors need to sit her down and ask her if she would like to change her profession or her attitude because I just walk right back out if I see her at the counter and I drive to the MIMS Office and do my shipping.

Ever think about going a little extra miles and do your shipping at the MIMS office. I go there when the lines in Titusville are to long and they are always very friendly and professional. The office personel are fast as well. I suggest you give them a try.

This post office drives me crazy. They don't leave mail, don't leave notices, I have a video of the mailman mashing my mailbox, and once again this weekend they didn't leave a notice when I was not there to pick up a package, so now I will have to call them and ask them to hold it or it may get sent back to where it came from. Twice now packages have been sent back to the shipper and I had to ask them to ship the items again. This is nonsense and I have spoken to their workers and their manager. It's like they just do whatever they want to do.

I completely agree with Nancy's comment. I've been calling every day and after 3 or 4 tries I give up. They can't all be out to lunch at the same time, or maybe they are! They lost some of my mail last year, and after finally getting someone, they couldn't care less. Let's not forget, these are basically public service employee union people. No cares in the world.
