key won't open box 5P. Tried calling & impossible to get operator 0 to answer. Time sensitive! Need help to get time sensitive package ! Also in the past many times they deliver mail to wrong box. Also the time the mail gets delivered is after 7 PM. Disappointed with poor service! Who cares at the post office???

THEY WILL NOT ANSEWER THE PHONE AND THEN HANG UP!

I am sooooo mad 😡 with this issue for 4 years loosing documents; bank cards, drive license registration,checks, yours drivers need to go back to school cs it’s embarrassing the people’s u hired to delivery don’t know what mean dr than circle i ve observed throughout what they do dropping our mails in wrongs boxes all the time in my box they set my neighbors or whoever then mine in my backyard neighbor and like that for real this’s ridiculous and it’s wasting time going to this post office to complain they keeps hiring lower potencial personnel my back neighbors she is always mad too with this ridiculous situation cs it’s not her job to come to my front door and knock it to bring my mails same thing to me i do not work to post office to do delivery to my neighbors their mails unbelievable still this happening stuff like that at us postal delivery wao

I watched my mailman begin to place my package in the back of his truck and drive away from my mailbox as I yelled out the door to him that he was supposed to have a package for me. After I came out of my house yelling at him about my package, he finally stopped and gave it to me. I had suspected for months that my packages were going undelivered - sometimes for days. I track all packages that are due to me. So far I’ve had one travel to Jacksonville, Sarasota, and Orlando after they were “out for delivery” before they made it back to me sometimes as much as 3 weeks later. It’s disgusting! My postal delivery person should be fired immediately.

I attempted to contact the Paula location to raise concern of my mailman. No one could assist me or simply wouldn’t assist in identifying the manager. My mailman aggressively informed me and neighbors to empty our mailboxes timely because he simply did not like it. If we forgot to empty, he would shove our mail, envelopes, etc crunched to the back to make room for new mail. It was like a kid shoving garbage in their backpack. Quite honestly it is amusing that this dill hole getS his panties bunch over mailbox space. We offered him some burgers at a party once to squash the negativity and he proceeds to tell us he hates his job. I mean this guy is an idiot. Sorry u have a stable job with benefits . AND Can’t find anywhere on the website or phone to complain about how rude he is and obnoxious. Btw, had my door straight open for my meds being delivered and he left a note to pick up the next day. I almost lost my head. The lazy F couple not come to my front door.

The outward appearance of this office is disgraceful.The grounds- need mowing/weeding and are poorly maintained., The sidewalk in and around it need to be hedged and there is grass growing in between the sidewalk. An eyesore to the community.

The mail man is just nasty. I havent received any mail at my address. i do not understand why would he not put my mail in the mailbox. So i called down to the Paula Drive location in Tampa and first they told me that all the mail has been forwarded due to the residence being vacant. Then next they tell me i have not been receiving any mail they do not see anything for me. This place is horrible and they are liars. I will be filing a complaint on this location as well as the employees. To top it off he rides around smoking cigarettes in the mail truck smdh

They don't answer the phone. There is no easy way to report a problem with mail delivery. The people they hire to deliver are incompetent. I have had lost packages 3 times in the last few months and yesterday I received ALL of my neighbor's mail in my mailbox. I tried to call and report it and was hung up on after the phone rang 30 times. Town-n-Country 33615.

Mail not being delivered until 7pm. Wet mail, flag up to signal out going mail not taken, 1800# called on long hold and then Got hung up on!!

Just talked to the "manager" here about why my mail hasn't been delivered to my apartment in about two weeks. He acted like I was a bothersome and asked me if I let my mail just pile up. I said, I was on vacation for almost two weeks, and he was short with me the whole entire time. He said the mail carrier returned the mail, and I said well can I come pick it up, he told me "I just said the mail was returned so there is nothing here."He was a COMPLETE ASSHOLE, terrible service. If you don't like your job get another one, or better yet just stay out of the public.

I retract my previous post. My mail man found my package, along a with others that didn't get put on his truck, and went out of his way to deliver it today... His effort and dedication is greatly appreciated.

Terrible Service - They have missed their website published delivery dates twice already this month & we're not even really into the Christmas rush yet - This was a UPS hand off delivery & I will be filing a complaint with them - USPS has proven time & time again that they're to unreliable & disorganized to be trusted with UPS ground deliveries
