This place sucks. Three times since I've lived here I have had packages that save out for delivery I never get them. The most recent being a shipment from Walmart with my dog's food. Supposed to be here the end of the day yesterday never showed up call the post office this morning so it's on his truck don't know why he didn't drop it off yesterday so mail comes today no dog food again but tracking says it has been delivered and dropped off on the front porch. But it never was dropped off at my address and my niece saw them pull away so I know it didn't get dropped off and then stolen. This seems to happen a lot with this branch thankfully Walmart is resending hopefully it will be here by the end of the day tomorrow. And they want to do mail-in voting sure

Upon receiving Confirmed delivery notices from companies we have purchased merchandise from as well as verifying the delivery by tracking the package through the USPS url, yet the packages have not been delivered. Not sure what is going on but sometimes we receive the package a couple of days later and twice we have never received. Our mail is delivered to our mailbox area in our development. If the package is large a key is left in your box to one of a larger box. Is our carrier really delivering the package, is he putting it in someone else’s box. Not sure what is happening but not happy.

I went to mail 2 letters for Europe last Friday and the mail man without telling me charged me 21 cents extra on one letter i know that they were the right weight but when i asked him why ?he made believe that he didn't hear me so i asked him again and he got furious telling me that the letter would go through the machine ..and he cursed at me that he didn't care that it was not his money and that he didn't give a s.....!!What type of people do you hire with such a terrible attitude He had a foreign accent and looks Indian .

The Tampa central line for making passport appointments is not manned. No one answers that line and all the local post offices that handle passport applications require an appointment and you can only make an appointment at the 813-877-0610 which is the central line. Why does the DOS utilize the postal system for something so important? I finally called the Lutz PO. They answered the phone on my first try and give me an appointment within two weeks of calling.
