Postal Locations

My app for postal delivery showed that on Monday 11/13/23 , we had several important Mail pieces coming! House / Car / credit card! Did not come on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. A neighbor who was out of town had our mail in their mailbox.

I have been a snowbird for 9 years forwarding our mail twice a year. This year I have been to the post office 3 times and they still have messed up my mail. Either it doesn’t get forwarded or gets left somewhere. I am at my wits end with USPS!

is the 4th time my mail is missing, shows that was delivered but nothing was there, I will try to contact the post master, because I think the mail carrier is committing a federal crime , or she took it or was delivered to the wrong address, they are suppose to take pictures but the carrier always get away with the missing mail, If the post master doesn't find a solution or retrieved the mail I will file a complaint to the FBI for stolen mail and I will press charges again the post master and carrier, like I said is not the first time.

I was told by an female employee at the Main St Post Office in Sebastian if Mail is light my mail on my porch will not be picked up. I'm disabled & found this upsetting as I had something that was received late do to this. I was told they won't walk up to my door if I have no mail to be delivered to me. Is this true? I have talked and sent pictures of blocked access at 680 Melrose- to box on Clearmont. Still there is trash and containers in the way. The police once dumped them and agreed I could not drive up to my mail box with the way they were. You said you would advise owner across from my house, but he still blocks me from driving up to get mail. Please do something- I can't walk or get out. Thanks

the 589-4397 for Sebastian PO does not work" your call does not go through". I left some stamps there and no one answers on Dec. 31 at about 1 o'clock.

I've found the employees at both the Vero Beach PO on US1 and the Sebastian PO to be very helpful, polite & professional. My mail carrier Michelle is THE.BEST. I'd like to say the same about the customers but I've witnessed some incredibly rude and obnoxious behavior from customers and they're way past old enough to know better. Sorry to say it's mostly hoity toity entitled old ladies behaving badly. tsk tsk people.

Why can't I get an answer to your phone # 772 589 4397. It is Wednesday March 24, 2021 and no one is answering the phone. Then it is redirected to Verizon wireless that your number can't not be connected please redial again. Redialed same scenario. I need to check on tax information that was sent from Fort Pierce on March 12, 2021 and I still don't have it. (today being Mar 24, 2021)

i sent an express mail piece with a non covid signature required by the recipient, got the return receipt with a scribbled name as the agent for the recipient! There is no agent for the recipient, she lives with her husband, who did not sign for anything. Not the first time this has happened. How can I know it was delivered to the right address??? Local Post Office here no help!!!

Called on 06/13/2020, let the phone ring for 3 minutes with no one answering it. Must have been too close to closing time (within 10 minutes) for them to be bothered.

No one answers the phone. I've called all morning at the main street tel. number listed above and the delivery person is not picking up the outgoing mail.

As a winter resident I have ALWAYS received excellent service and assistance from Sabastian P.O. employees regarding forwarding and holding mail. I also have an excellent letter carrier who does a superb job delivering my mail.

on 2/2/2013, i went to sebastian po and forwarded my mail. i gave it to the clerk who assured me it was filled in correctly. on feb 14 i called and was told there was no forward on feb2. the clerk was rude and suggested i never did it! she also said i should have never done it for a month. she  did not apologize for losing the card.

It should show which holidays there closed..
