Haven't received any mail in almost a week, because of a dog issue in our neighborhood. Called today to see if I can pick up my mail, they said yes. I left work early to pick up the mail, when I got there they said it was delivered today. Well here it is 6 PM and no mail. Many days we get mail that doesn't even belong to us, some even to another state. What is it with our post office. Do they really know what they are doing????? Doubt it.

So I sent new letter bigger envelope in care of her mother. everything correct! It came back to me "return to sender" What is up with the people who work in that post office. I know the post office gets a lot of grief for various issues, but these are first-world problems. In reality, our post office gives amazing service, and the Satellite Beach Post Office in particular. Our postal carrier (Kevin) is extremely conscientious and goes out of his way to provide exemplary service to the residents on his route.

Why is my mail coming so late (6-6:30 PM)? When do the mail carriers start in the morning?

It's too bad the employees at the Satellite Beach USPS branch feel its okay to be rude, & act as if they're being inconvenienced when they (gasp) take a call. I wonder if they know, (or care) how this reflects on the entire USPS and affects people's decisions on whether to use them or the multitude of other companies more than willing to take their business?

Right?! He quit delivering my mail unless I am home!!! now the 4 houses next to me have walk up mail boxes but because mine use to have a roadside box but it got ran over (repeatedly) so I put up a box at my door. He now refuses to deliver my mail!!!!
But delivers to my neighbors? Who do I need to contact about this?

USPS's policy is (and has been for a long time now) that any "new" mailboxes MUST be curb-side, so if you or your neighbors "had" (grand-fathered in) mailboxes near their doors, that's okay, but if you have a curb-side one & replaced it with one by your door, that's not gonna work. I feel for you regarding having your mailbox run over, maybe have a more substantial one (out of concrete) constructed? Good luck!

What is up with the postman on Park Ave! Why is he harrasing new resident's saying they have to put up a road side mail box, when this is not true?
