I can see that I’m not the only one with the “missing” mail problem at this god awful post office I have repeatedly sent mail to my friend in jail that gets routed through here and they always just say yup things go missing go fill out a refund form I DONT WANT A REFUND I want my mail delivered with a signature that I paid for I find it highly suspect that it always goes missing at this post office even with the extra services somebody is tampering with the mail and needs to go to jail I’ve contacted my senator about this but I’m sure nothing will get done 🤬🤬

There is a consistent problem with mail to my address going missing and never arriving. The post office is just not dependable.

Not surprised that when I call no one answers the phone; of course, keep requesting more money, because the service keeps getting better (not).

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at this location. I guess there isn't anyone trained to do this simple job. Very sad

Stephanie, our regular Bradenton 34243 carrier is wonderful. I send pkgs out regularly and she picks them up and scans them right away (some carriers don't) so my buyers and I can track the progress. Always Ringling counter workers are great, too! courteous and kind. Just the best!

We’ve been here for 4 years now and have had one of the grumpiest, rudest, most arrogant delivery drivers that I’ve ever experienced, including up and down the East Coast. What gives?? If the dictionary needed a picture of someone going “postal”, our guy is it!!

The personnel of USPS are nasty and imperious. They hang up on you. I have live birds that were shipped with them, appropriately. I opened a claim case on Friday, they now want to tell me they will be taking no action until Monday dooming the birds to a death sentence. They are guilty of animal cruelty due to their inaction and loss of the birds. It's cruel and unnecessary and someone should go to jail for this.

WE most have the same carrier, put Christmas card in the out mail box, When 2 miles over to a store then came back past mail box. The out going door was open with the door locked open and the Christmas card were in the out going box still there were 14 Card some with checks made out to family. I took what was there only 10 cards , so hopefully the mail carrier took the other cards and left the rest. It's the only way the door got lock open. But why did this carrier not take the other 10 cards in the box. This carrier also leave other people mail in my box or my mail in someone other then mine. I how some day they pay for this.

I have a sister living alone in a condo on Beneva. She is handicapped, in a wheelchair. The condo mailboxes are located in a central location several doors from my sister. Several times, I have mailed packages to her and her carrier always delivered them to her door. However, that carrier has transferred or retired and the new carrier leaves the packages sitting on the floor of the mailroom, never bothering to even attempt to deliver. Sad thing is, the carrier has to pass right by my sister's door to get to the mailboxes. Aside from being too lazy to do her job and deliver the packages, the carrier also misdelivers letter mail on a regular basis. No wonder the postal service is going to pot. Absolutely no customer confidence!
