Very unhappy I requested and like electronic signature for the card that I had sent and never got the right information. I got an email saying delivered never a electronic signature.
I am new to this area. I have to admit that just by reading a few reviews about this post office I am afraid to have any of my mail go thru them. Knowing me I will most definitely lose it if any of my mail or packages were lost or not delivered. I already miss my old postman. He was awesome! I have to mail a letter with certified postage and I think I am going to take it to my post office just to be on the safe side. This post office judging by the reviews does not sound so trustworthy. I want to make sure that my mail is properly handled.
I wait for a package That's supposed to be delivery yesterday up to 8:00pm and why they don't deliver it today and they put like I have to pick it up today, I never ask for pickup at the US postal office The pocket that's supposed to be delivery in the front on my door or or my mailbox I never request for pick it up at at the US postal office.
Had two Amazon packages go thru this post office in last 6 days Oct 2020. 1 package is lost 40$ and 1 is late., and liberals think the post office is the way to vote. Good Luck.
I’ve called this post office 3 days in a row and NO ONE ANSWERS. They don’t even have a Voicemail.
I live in a Mobile Home Park and our Out Going mail sets there for weeks at a time without getting picked up.
I’ve called the main number and was ONLY told they would send them a note and they gave me the post office number to resolve the issue myself.
But of course the Post Office doesn’t answer so I’m forced to drive there and try and resolve this.
This is Crazy and they need to treat and respect there customers.
I had outgoing mail on Friday and my mail was still in box on Saturday morning. This is not the first time that problems with mail service has happened. Have had mail sent that to sender when the correct address was on the mail. Many times I felt that no delivery was provided, as I usually receive mail every day.
I need help regarding checks, sent registered mail, from Golden 1 Credit Union, Sacramento CA. I received 1 registered letter, and did not receive the other. I have a mail box in this location for the past 2 months. This week I was waiting on a packet and some important documents, the packet and the letters were send Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and no mail. I asked the front desk on Friday about the issue and she told me that it was no packet or letters for my mail box. But on Saturday, my wife was the one getting the mail and when she went to the front desk, a gentleman was really nice to her, he went to the back I came out with all of our letters. He said that he didn't know what happened but he found all letter outside the mail box for some reason. I don't know what the problem is but it needs to get fix. 4 days later I finnaly got my mail. Next time I will ask for my money back because I'm not receiving the services that I paid for.
