My package was stuffed into my mailbox and the mailbox almost fell over in trying to remove it. Our regular mail lady retired. Why can’t a package be left next to front door!

I ordered a package via ebay which should be delivered to my cousin’s house who lives in Port Charlotte at 21195 Meehan Ave. Since 12h53 Pm, I have received a notification that the delivery has been made but so far my cousin has nothing and the package has not really been delivered. What is it exactly? How can the USPS say they delivered something when the Person on the receiving did not received anythng? What should I do? I tried calling USPS customer service to no avail.

I just attempted to speak to a female at the Punta Gorda post office about why my packages were not delivered and why there was no mail to my house yesterday. The person I spoke to (who did not provide her name), was completely rude would not let me talk or ask questions. I repeatedly requested to speak with the supervisor and she told me the supervisor was not available, and when I try to ask questions again, she kept over talking me would not let would not listen to what I was trying to say, and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, no one would answer the phone.

Three times this month, my mail carrier has failed to pick up outgoing mail from my street-side mailbox. In all 3 cases, the outbound mail was placed in the mailbox the evening before, and the red flag was raised. Location on Emerald Ave. in Port Charlotte, 33952. Thank you!

I've had a number of packages arrive lately and they have been left OUTSIDE of the entry door, a matter of inches. I realize the time factor in deliveries but a few more seconds would be far more appropriate than sitting next to the door as if to say, "Here I am. Take me!"

Lol.... it says above Postal employees do not read the replies so dont leave personal information. So what is the point of this site? I HOPE TRUMP REDOES THE POST OFFICE AS HE DID THE VETERANS AFFAIRS. HE FIRED MORE THAN 8,000 PEOPLE. FIRED 50% AND PRIVATISE. ONLY HOPE LEFT. I MAIL A LETTER OR PACKAGE FROM PORT CHARLOTTE TO OHIO TAKES TWO WEEKS. MONTANA FOUR WEEKS. THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS BROKEN. THEY ONLY PROMOTE IDIOT'S

How you be confused with zip code 33954 instead 33981???. Package never arrived since a person who is not qualified for the job, wasn't paying attention to the address!. Waiting for customer service by phone for almost 45mins to figured out what happened, and opened a case.

My home address is 15512 Aldama Cir Port Charlotte 33981. I believe the carrier damages items that she delivers to my house. In 2017 fishing rods were delivered to my home that looked as though they were run over by the delivery vehicle. The shipper replaced the fishing rods after a month or so. But I had to chase the carrier down the road to give her the packages a couple of days later. Today I received a long box that was crushed at one end and I asked the carrier to wait a second for me to check the contents. She said I could refuse it but not open it and then drove off. Is there any chance this carrier could be assigned another route? Also the carrier places packages in my mail box and crushes the contents so she doesn't have to place the items on the front porch. This has happened at least 20 times since December 2016. You have all kinds of rules to protect the US Post Office but none help the customer.

I had packages at said that they're out for delivery from 8 a.m. this morning. As of now, 5:13 p.m., no one in my area has received any mail today. My package is still say that they're out for delivery. This mail service is getting worse and worse. If it's not a problem with the male person not being illiterate and delivering mail to the wrong address, now we're not even getting mail.

Yesterday afternoon the mail truck showed up at 2000 Forrest Nelson Blvd. and delivered part of the mail. In our section(C Building) the truck by-passed us because there was a Direct TV van parked near our mail boxes so postal truck sped up and left. Direct TV van chased them but postal truck did not return, thus no delivery. What the hell!!!! We often find some of the delivery people to this address seem to have a attitude. What have we taxpayers done to them? Please advise, bet you won't.

Today a small package arrived by USPS and left it thrown towards our house, but left in our driveway. I cannot believe the mail carrier did not leave the package on my porch. Mail delivered after 2 pm on Monday January 28, 2019.I've had great service in the 10 years we have lived here. So who is our mail carrier today??? Bad service.

Good Grief have any of you people think of what you whine about. Yes some of the mistakes are human error or how about walk or drive a mile in the post office employee shoes. People come in all skanky and some act like they are right no matter what. Treat them like gold because they are human like most of us. So if you have to walk a little more and you are able to do so be thankful you can.

5-28-17. For the second time a Sunday Amazon delivery was left in my driveway, 3 feet from an enclosed 6X10 screened entry. UPS does not do this. My regular USPS carrier does not do this. Only the Sunday delivery. This encourages theft. Hire better Sunday drivers.

During Christmas time they lost a package for my brother's kids. We got a letter saying to have them search for package then go in person to file insurance claim. We did our end but when we went in person they rushed us out saying it's all done online. We tried to resolve online, called customer service, and were told once again to resolve in person. This went on for a while with the post office refusing to help until the time ran out and we were out $200 on gifts and shipping, and my niece and nephew didn't get their Christmas gifts. Port charlotte post office is incredibly unhelpful and rude.

My package was just delivered to someone in New Jersey. I live in Florida and always have my shipments updated automatically. I have spent an hour with your stupid automated phone person which was no help at all. I want my package which was delivered somewhere in Englewood, New Jersey! I'm in Port Charlotte, Florida. And let me say that your communication system was deliberately set up so there is no live person to speak to. This could have been resolved BEFORE my package was delivered.
