I just had to pick up a letter and their was no set line. Almost got in to an argument as I didn't realize that all the people laying and leaning on the counters where in line. You need to make the line away from the counters. You have the line marks so that people can tell where the proper line starts.

Palm Bay Northwest mail drivers for 6 months now are driving vehicles with NO LICENSE PLATES. I am REQUIRED to Register my Vehicle and put a LICENSE PLATE on it . Why is the US POSTAL SERVICE breaking FLORIDA LAW I Called the Palm Bay police and told them to TICKET all Non Plated US Postal Vehicles.

The older woman with dirty blond hair who has it in a braid a lot hair who works at the post office off of jupiter and Malabar Is so rude at everyone. I went in to have her explain my address change and where my mail was going and shr just kept rolling her eyes at me and getting so frustrated. This is the second time she has been rude to me I've seen her get so mean to this older woman for no reason. If she hates her job so much maybe she should go else where.

The clerks who work at Palm Bay office off malabar and Jupiter are so rude. They automatically think you have a problem. I just moved and changed my address’ on all my personal stuff. I’ve been in my place for 3 weeks now and just recently I received an email from my power company explaining that my carrier reported my house as vacant. I don’t have a green slip in my mailbox saying my house is vacant and there are times my carrier sees me walking into my own house. That’s not the issue I have though, I went into the office to see if I could fix the problem. The first clerk who took me seemed to have a problem or even an attitude. I explained to him my situation and he basically told me to fill out an address change form which was no problem at all. I asked him if it is possible to inform the carrier that the house isn’t vacant and he told me I need to speak to a supervisor. Unfortunately, the supervisor was actually tied up with another customer. I filled out the address change card and waited. As I was waiting, the clerk felt the need to come to me and say “you know if you leave your mail in your mailbox for 3 days they take it back to the office and hold it. You can’t expect them to know you live there.” Well I don’t expect the carrier to know either so that is the reason I came to the office, so you as a company can know I have changed address’ and the house is not vacant. He didn’t even allow me to say this to him though, he snapped at me and then walked away before I could even say a word. I feel sorry for you guys. That you have clerks treating people poorly and no one does anything about it. No one higher up or anything. Because the supervisor was tied up with someone else’s situation I couldn’t even get the chance to speak to her. I didn’t come in to start a problem I was just trying to solve one. I wasn’t upset with my carrier I just wanted to inform usps that my house wasnt vacant and I live there. But this is a problem I encounter every time I go to this office. The clerks obviously don’t want to be there And they make sure everyone who walks in knows that they don’t want to be there by how they treat us. Everytime I go there I cringe because I know I am going to have someone who gives me a problem. They are the ones acting like unhappy customers treating us like we should know what to do. They shouldn’t be there then!!!! What’s so sad is that I wish there were another mail company because I would so choose them over usps. I’m not too sure who I should bring this issue too. Maybe My local news, managers from different locations, maybe even the national call center. I called usps call center and was on hold for 35 minutes and the person who answered couldn’t even help me with how I was treated at the post office. Anyway, I hope this makes it to someone and something is at least done.

Elizabeth, I am a retired mail carrier, and I am saddened by the way that office treated you. I always tried to treat my customers on my route like a good friend. In my opinion, all you had to do was put a note in your mailbox with your name on it and all that would be receiving mail there, and raise the flag. This was the common practice in our office, and it worked well. I hope things have gotten better!

The people that work at the Palm Bay West post office are idiots and quite rude. I went back to return a money order because issues came up. $41.69 was the price I should have gotten back instead the fairly tall man, over weight and dark hair gave me back $50. To someone who is dishonest would love the extra money but for a Christian such as myself went back (which line was long so I went to a different person), she in return sent me back to the same idiotic man. I explained to him he gave me too much money and I was supposed to get back $41.69 instead he gave me $50. He took the money and thanked me for my honesty, then gave me back $40. Well for someone out of work that extra $1.69 would have been handy, I just wanted to get out of there because the people that worked there were rude and didn't know how to count money. Guess I'll never go back unless I am dropping off mail in the out going slot and just go somewhere else if I need stamps or something.
