The people who work here are RUDE! I sent a certified letter containing a very important document going to a title agency here in Palmetto Florida. 2 weeks later, the title company still has not received it. I tracked it and guess what, It is in PUERTO RICO! Okay you made a mistake, fine. But this person from the post office have the guts to tell me in a different tone that "there is nothing I can do or neither can you". The letter will turn around and will eventually get to where it is supposed to be. REALLY? That instead of apologizing for the inconvenience this has caused me and my family.Few times I have been in this office and experience this kind of rudeness from the people who work here. I would rather drive to eu gallie than go back to this place again.
