Spoke to Christine today about a package sent to family members in Ireland. She was condescending and rude. My package was sent February 13, 2023 from Oxford, FL postal office. It is now on its way back to me from Ireland. I have been sending packages for years this is the first time I’ve had this problem. My family never had to deal with customs before either. The value of the items shipped were much lower than the shipping costs. I’m frustrated knowing that my package, after months in transit, then limbo, is going to be returned. I’m even more frustrated that I have had to deal with rude employees like Christine. She was the 3rd person condescending and rude to me - but since she is at the local level I can’t let this go without speaking up.

our mail carrier is not delivering mail to our residents...our carrier says she was told there were covid-19 positive cases in our community. Our residents were voluntarily tested and the results of those tests were negative...we have no positive covid-19 cases in our building...no member of our management team relayed any covid-19 positive cases to the USPS...can we please have our mail delivered to our residents? also...how is it legal for me to deliver our mail??? Thank you.
