I'm not really sure which hub services my area. But my complaint applies to Pershing Ave. I received a package recently. The problem is it was a 5 ft long package stuck in a small parcel box. I initially couldn't get the key to turn for the box. I was faced with either breaking the key off or not getting my package. I chose to force the key. Then I was faced with pulling this long package out of the small box. I don't get it. The parcel should have been delivered to my door. I'm not one to complain but this incident just proved too unacceptable. Why was the package not delivered to my door???

Had a package go back and forth from Orlando to Miami 2 times. I called this location and the man was so rude. He was saying things like, "You must be a genius, then why are you calling me." "I need to learn how to lie so I can say, its OK ma'am its on its way" "there's nothing wrong with the package going twice" " what's your name, that way when you call back someone else can talk to you". He said these and other rude comments, still didn't help me figure out what to do, then hung up on me.

Nobody is answering the phones.... 2 days in a row I've called more than a dozen times. Can't leave a message because voicemail services are turned off. I need to speak with someone urgently concerning my mail and mailbox (prior to Christmas).
