I put in a request to have my mail on hold while I was out of town for 4weeks. I’m still out of town and my mail is still being delivered along with packages that have been mailed to me. Had I not have a family member checking on my house, who knows what kind of information other people would now have about me and my family members. I will never trust this post office for this service ever again. No wonder they get bad reviews.

I agree with the other comments. This post office is the worst and may actually border on illegal activities. I had an IRS check that was scheduled for delivery. When it didn’t show up, I ran an inquiry. This post office branch brushed it off. When I called, I talked with a “supervisor” who then hung up on me. When I tried calling back at least 5 times, no one answered. What is going on with our postal service?????

This office is the worst in the world, they are way understaffed and NEVER answer their phones and half the time can't deliver mail correctly - the worst! And I know because I have had to put up with them for 20 years

THE POST OFFICES IN THE ORLANDO AREA ALL FRIENDLY EFFECIENT AND RESPECTFUL. THEY ARE ABOUT BUSINESS AND NOTHING LESS.
