Bad, bad, bad! My neighbor has to bring me my Mail at least once a month and some times two or three times a month. My mailbox is clearly marked with big bright bold letters and also displayed on the pavement in front of the mailbox but they still give my neighbor my mail. It just gets worst every year. If I had my way I would do all mail digitally and use private carriers for packages. They can't do the job properly...shut them down!

Not good. I had a package sent to someone at Signature Apartments which required a signature. I didn’t know the person I sent the package had moved. The mail person supposedly delivered the package with an accepting signature of “C-COVID.” Either the mail delivery person, the current occupant of the dwelling or the apartment complex personnel stole my package. I now have to file a claim.

This is by far the most rude place to call. Derrick an employee barely want to hear my concern, talking over me and also raising his voice over the phone. My grandmother passed and my order been at that facility since 11/20 and yet claiming my packages not there but yet that's the ZIP CODE for where my package at. I'm overwhelmed and this ENOUGH

You’re lucky, because until today I have problems with my daughter because this place. I went to take my daughter passport and Mrs.Karen was the person to make. She did something wrong after I left the door office with my ex-wife, I don’t know what she did, but she did something because I had to remake full application form, the manager was tell me will call the cops for me, and I was there just to make a passport. Look that! She have no idea how much she affected my life in negative way with my daughter. My relationship with my daughter was great now it’s not exist! I lost my girl because this place!

We are moving to Florida, and have been trying to setup our P.O. Box. Every time I have called the Sand Lake post office I think I get the same guy and he is so nice and helpful. It funny sometimes I think he is even nicer and more knowledgeable then my local postal works!! Thanks for helping us get one more thing out of the way for a cross country move!!!

The employees at this location have to be the RUDEST I have ever met. I am local to Orlando and just left an appointment to get a passport for my daughter. “Clerk 05” (which shows on my receipt) treated me like I was pretty much worthless. She must really hate her life and job. During the appointment she was literally throwing stuff and acting very unprofessional.

I sent a commodity (CP503667976BR) from Brazil to Florida in 24/09 and had placed for the attendant that the merchandise was to be left at the door of the house in view of the residents working late. The merchandise was not left at the door of the house and when I questioned the post office, came the answer day 05/11, saying for the merchandise to be withdrawn at the address 10450 Turkey Lake Rd. But at any time it was said that there would be deadline for withdrawal. Day 13/11 when going to withdraw the merchandise the attendant said that it had been returned to the country of origin. I find it absurd to return this merchandise and was not included in the email that I received deadline for withdrawal. I really need this merchandise there, I paid very dearly for this transport and I need it to be possible this withdrawal being that mistake not hi my and yes from the post office of the two countries.

I don't know if our mail man is on vacation but we have a very small out going mail slot and the mail man usually has me leave a note for him to come by and he will grab the stuff that don't fit. its not big stuff they always are just envelopes and I left a note Friday and its Tuesday after mail has ran so I called and the 407-351-2492 number but it didn't work I called from 2 different phones then called the 800 - 275-8777 number and it had over an hour wait time so I tried the 407-351-2492 number again a hour later and it worked so I didn't know if the phones are off during their business hours but if this is the case it should be listed. I feel this is not right that I have to call around all day because the mail man didn't pick up my stuff. I have important tax paper that need to go out and the mail box is so small you cant fit anything.

I made an appointment three weeks ago, get here 30 minutes early, wait 30 minutes past my appointed time to knock on the door for my passport appointment. And I'm greeted by rude lady with an attitude who tells me she's in the middle of a transaction that can take up to an hour. When I made the appointment she took my phone number, so she could've called all five of us who were outside her door waiting for our turn, or at least post a note on her door. Instead she and her supervisor were rude and very unprofessional to each and every one of us. If I could give negative stars I would definitely give this place -5. The worse service ever. The supervisor is very rude and has no manners and was playing with his phone all the time and when his phone was ringing he had this stupid ringtone I love you I love you and it was riding for more than a minute.
