I received mail today from my sister in AZ. Envelope stamped “Attived Damaged”. Looks like someone tore it opened. It is missing a $200 gift card sent to me from my sister for my birthday. How can we find out what happened to it? 904-579-3726.
The lady name Carol Crocker that is supposed to be a supervisor is mean nasty hateful and racist. She never helped me to get my refund back as promised from the other post office making a huge mistake. She is friends with the man name bobby at the orange park post office on kingsley and so took his lying over what I the customer said and when I called her about my refund again she said she elected to just go along with hmi. I would like to see her investigated and fired horrible person poor customer service and bad attitude!!!
This place IS AWFUL - its no wonder ppl dont use or trust the USPS anymore. Ive tried calling for a week no answer - then I just sat here with TWO phones ringing - one lasted 30mins then stopped ringing so I recalled and started again meanwhile the landline is STILL RINGING after 25 mins. NO ANSWER! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I wish we were given the option of WHO delivers our pkgs cause Id never use the PO again I used to love the PO and the carriers - but last 10yrs+ they have become lazy they dont go the regular mile much less the extra mile and mess with the ppl who are still using them cause if you need to fix an address so something is delivered on time - NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE - Id drive there and give them all a piece of my mind but I live in NYS WHY ISNT ANYONE ANSWERING THE PHONE???? WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE? I PAY YOUR SALARIES!! Phone is STILL RINGING - its been an hour now and I called right at 9am when they open - this is disgusting.- you can tell its run by liberals. What a joke,
I am beyond irritated with the post office. Seems like every few months my packages get the NO Such Number issue. I have lived in my area for over 10 years. I received my deliveries this week other then Friday I receive a No Such Number. I called the USPS and filed a case number AGAIN... I was advised to call the actual location of the post office as well to talk to the Delivery Supervisior. You call the actual post office and the phone rings off the wall. Now it indicates the package has been delivered back to the sender.... Like Really?
I have always received very good customer service from the retail postal staff at this location. However, I have an issue with mail delivery. Errors in mail being delivered to the wrong address on Old Jennings Rd 32065 are becoming more frequent. At least 2-3 times a week, I received someone else's mail or my mail is delivered to the wrong address. I am aware the mail sorters and carriers are very busy, but please remind them to be more diligent and pay attention to detail.
The post office phone is never answered. I have a concern to report regarding outgoing mail not being picked up and have no way to report it since I can't get anyone to answer the phone at the post office (Ridgewood location).
