I’ve tried to call and the phone just rings and no one answers! A magazine has been delivered to me but it’s not mine and the wrong street-it’s for Agua Vista not Alta Vista! It was delivered last Friday or Saturday and I left it in the mailbox with the flag up-the bearded guy who is a terrible driver and hopefully temporary will not take it! I have put the flag up every day! It’s not my job to take it to the right address!!! When is the wonderful female going to be back - never had any problems with her and the mail came at a consistent time!

Either myself or one of my employees shipped out through Orange City USPS every day from 1987-2020 and shipped packages all over the world.My business contributing to their revenue in excess of several hundred thousand dollars over the course of 33 years.Is it too much to ask that I get my mail delivered to my residence ow that I am disabled and cannot freely go down to 260 N Industrial Dr. and stand in line to request assistance in finding out why my packages are being stolen?

I am disabled and have been in a wheelchair for 5 years.Orange City USPS refuses to deliver to my door in Debary Golf and Country and I have received no mail at all in the past month even though Amazon and 2 other retailers claim the packages were delivered.I believe the carriers are keeping merchandise for themselves and USPS refuses to answer their phones.

My mail is being held at the Orange City PO. I never requested this hold. It feels like my personal property is stolen. No one will answer the phone.

Called various times and days no one picks up! Been one week without mail. They can’t coordinate to place a simple lock change. Used the change of address system online weeks before moving and never got my mail forwarded ! This is why it’s bankrupt they don’t care about the customer. It’s like we bother them but without us they make no money!

I sent a package out on the 9th to WI and it is still not there, I've been tracking it and I want to know why it's not there, 2 other packages where sent out on the 9th too and they got delivered this week.

Package was delivered and key left for me to retrieve it however the key would not open the lock. Tried all just in case but no good. This was the boxes between 15th and 16th street.

I was wondering,why the mailman camed and filled up the boxes aftered 6pm,is that kind of late for mail to arrived,I mean,come on,we are senior citizens and tired of waiting for our mail and the post Office is already closed and is this guy trying to get paided overrtime.I surely hope not.We are the citizens of country Village and don't like our mail late.

Priority mail , laptop , carrier who delivers to 6th street recorded the laptop as delivered . But it was a no show . It’s magic ? Poof, only A tracking number remains.and an empty mail lock box .

I did not get mail on Monday. Then got a bunch Tuesday. Now this is Wednesday and I had an envelope to be picked up and did not get any mail nor did he pick up my mail. Are you just delivering every other day now?

Trying to find out what happens to mail when occupant moved and was never forwarded or returned to sender. Both had checks in it.

It would be very kind if you would purchase 2 benches for handicapped to sit in when lines are long. Pain from standing is very significant.

Just wondering ???, the mail didn't run today ???

I can not review because I have been calling 9 different times since 10:00 AM till now @ 1:36 PM to be told the line is busy I can’t talk to them to let them know someone damaged the key slot on our mail box and we can not get our mail 6/ 19/18

Called Debary PO and Orange City (FL) office to report a package sent (Priority) to Watsonville-CA from DeBary that when arrived at the return desk for Wunderlich America (Motorcycle parts) had been opened and of all things, tobacco had been shoved into the box in which my parts were returned. I almost didn't get credit for my return as it made the parts look used. Sent Priority April 4-Received April 10. Very disappointed.
