I would like to thank Mr. Jeff who’s route is on Onich Drive in Navarre Fl. He has always gone out of his way to provide great service and takes time to handle packages with care and fore thought. Thank you Jeff

We live at 1894 Biscayne Circle Dr Navarre, Florida 32566 There is an address in our subdivision of 1894 Biscayne Blvd. We have in the past had packages winding up at this address or sent back to sender because up til now the lot was vacant. Now there is a new house there but no one has bought it. A very important piece of mail from a Bank was attempted delivery by the USPS to 1894 Biscayne Blvd when it in fact had 1894 Biscayne Circle on it. The package could have been put into our locked mail box. It was documents sent over night. Or we could have picked it up at the post office. We are very tired of this happening. Can you please update any temporary or new carriers that there are two separate addresses.

this is the worst Post Office in the whole US !! everybody there should be fired !!! I put 3 huge House numbers on my Mailbox Posts and a huge one on my House and still -they deliver my Mail and Packages all over the Neighborhood. nobody there cares and gives a Shit !!! close the Place down and stay home You lazy Ass people there !!!!

Service is undependable at this location. Self serve kiosk not maintained and stocked so as to be of any help.

I would like to compliment a postal employee (Dewaine) for the excellent service he provides while working the front desk on Saturday mornings. He is efficient, helpful, and very good at the job. I know I will receive excellent service when he is at the desk.

Please explain the following to me....my carrier delivers mail in my box whether it fits or not crumpled license plate...if I have a package to be delivered he NEVER leaves all the mail on my porch....just the package ....so I never know if there is mail in the box or not.....he races up to the house like he is on speed which is fine if he wants to exert that much energy, but I would like ALL my mail in the same location....he is soo rude!

Like all the other reviews they say its delivered when it's not. They don't answer their phones and they are also constantly putting our mail in other people's mailboxes. I hate this post office. It's full of idiots

HORRIBLE!!! Packages say "delivered" when they have not. This continues to happen time and time again. When mail finally does come they stuff oversize clothing packages in to my small mail box, sometimes left hanging half way out it. Once this caused ripping of the bag and garment item inside. Calling the number is absolutely useless... it just rings and rings. Worst Post Office EVER!!!

This post office is the worst!!!! I have been calling nonstop for 30 mins with no answer. They like to say they have delivered packages when they haven’t and I can never get a hold of them to find out where it is.

This post office is terrible! They never answer the phone and delivery of mail is when convenient. This is a small town post office that has been overwhelmed by Amazon packages. Service is terrible! Today is June 14 2021

Today 8 June 2021 is the second time in two weeks that my mail was not picked up even though I had my red flag up identifying mail to be picked up. Seems like service is getting worse or management needs to be replaced.

I got a notice that a package was delivered. It was never received. It’s been one month, I’ve been unable to reach the post office. No one answers the phone. The merchant will not refund me for the package because the post office says that it was delivered.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my package from my Aunt in Illinois to arrive. No answer when I call and don't understand why?

I have called Navarre post office a number of times. Can’t get an answer. I don’t understand why they don’t answer and why delivery is so horrible.

YOU LOST A $3,000 PAINTING. YOU WILL NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. YOU WILL NOT ANSWER CASE THAT WAS OPENED.

The phone number does not connect you to anyone in the post office. We usually have great service but I received a notice where I was supposed to call to set up a re-delivery and no one answers. I was home all day. USPS says the item is too heavy on my notice. So, why did they agree to mail it from the company in the first place? And why can’t I talk to someone on the phone to sort the issue? The national number has incorrect info about the delivery status and Amazon has another explanation. Overall, poor communication causes unnecessary frustration for all. Hoping they can fix their number. This is a very busy time of year but this seems to be an issue regardless per other reviews.

Navarre post office, where mail goes to die,or disappear

I got an email stating my Amazon package was attempted to be delivered but my son and I were home all day and no notice was left on my door. The email stated there was no secure place to leave my order but no one rang my doorbell or knocked! Every other order they leave on my front porch but cat litter and laundry soap is to valuable to leave Yet all my Christmas presents they left. I am so frustrated with Navarre Post Office! If I was able to go pick up my packages I would not pay to have them delivered!!! Can’t call them to check on anything because they will not answer. Just rings and disconnects. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I mail letters & packages from CA to my daughter in Navarre. Inevitably they are extremely late. WHY is that? After the first 3 times which I thought might be a fluke, it’s become a regular issue. What is the problem? Even Priority Mail never arrives in 2-3 days! Please work on better service!?!? This is not COVID related! It’s been an existing problem so I finally decided to write a review.

NONEXISTENT customer service! My package wasn't delivered like it was supposed to at my house on 12/02, they leave packages at my door all the time but suddenly decided not to on this one. Says it's being held at the Navarre PO for pick up.... the reason I have things delivered to my house is that I don't have the time to go pick it up somewhere. The phone just rings and rings then disconnects. Navarre PO is a joke. Just do your job and deliver the mail, if you don't want to do that then find a different job!

Service is terrible, unresponsive, and dishonest. I received a tracking message that a package was delivered on my mailbox at 7:52 pm Dec 2,2020. It was NOT delivered and as of 24 hours later, has still not been delivered! Navarre Post Office is nothing but a bunch of liars!

I had a registered mail package sent from Illinois on Nov 2, 2020. It is Nov 12, 2020 and the item was delivered to Navarre Post office on Nov 10. It left Pensacola, 45 min drive at 2:46 AM on the 10th. No update since it left Pensacola. 800 USPS telephone is a joke. Local number rings until disconnect 25 mins after open with No answer, no messages, NO HELP OF ANY KIND. $5000 item taking a trip around the world I guess. I will start using Fed Ex for everything. Not UPS, as they utilize USPS too much. My amazon items are no longer shipping through USPS. Not sure why we as tax payers put up with this.

I mailed a legal document on January 3 2020 from Shalimar FL 32579 to our attorney's office in Navarre. As of today, January 16, 2020, the document has not been delivered. This is preventing my ability to to fulfill my responsibility until the document is received by our attorney. There is no excuse for this. I am not in a position to deliver the document in person. This is not the first time Navarre p.o. cannot deliver the mail in a timely manner. I will be a resident in the near future and will be receiving my prescription medications by mail. I certainly hope I won't have to file a formal complaint if my medication is not delivered timely. Whatever your process problems are, you need to resolve them asap. The current process is inexcusable.

The Navarre Post Office lost my package and has no idea where it is. I Guess the mailman decided to keep a Christmas present for himself. Can't get hold of them on the phone either, it just rings and rings and then disconnects you.

I mail a card from Montana with the correct amount of postage but when it get's to Navarre all of a sudden there is postage due of $2.20 What kind of Fraud is going on here and it is every time I mail a card to our Granddaughter. I will file a complaint with the Post Office in Washington DC.

I made a complaint about the Navarre post office about a package that I know was on the truck but was not delivered. Also certain magazines that come in the mail, come in torn, ripped or damaged so I complained. Now all of a sudden my mortgage checks aren't making it to bank, coincidence , I don't think it is. Everyone at that post office should be replaced.

I have tried to call the post office twice and the phone just rings and rings. No one ever answers and then you are disconnected. Very difficult to get hold of Navarre Post office by phone. 850-939-0381. The msg on the phone is Navarre post office. say they will connect you but you are sent to an operator which never answers. I was trying to check on a package that needed a signature and I was not home time of delivery and can not find out if I have to go to the post office or if they are going to redeliver it. called for over 35 minutes never to get a human on the phone.

Continually getting other people's mail. My check was delivered to a neighbor, who luckily could read and brought it to me. Had mailbox damaged by postman. He did not have the courtesy or guts to come to my door and apologize. But what could you expect of the Navarre postoffice!

Called the Navarre Post Office today after finally being fed up with a couple of issues over several months...I received the usual classic-automated US wide options to no where. 1. Female deliver (African American) that drives every two to three days has two speeds: stop and GO FASTER. You can hear her coming like a plane in the sky. Love the hustle, but just because you’re not exceeding the 25 mph speed limit [debatable] doesn’t mean your not at risk of hitting someone, more importantly, a child. 2. Last I checked, assuming someone’s mail that isn’t yours is a Federal offense which is wrongly delivered by name/current resident [white middle aged mail, pony tail/facial hair]. What I don’t need, is a hand scribed note on the letter that says the secondary recipient “This is you”. Stop it, take it back, please.

Horrible....I have had all my mail mixed up not recieved or been recieved by recipient some so all credit cards are late. 3rd time I have complained sound hammock needs a new mailperson!

so i was watching a group of people at the mailbox/they asked my my address after i sat there watching them/they opened the key box,and got a package for a different home,/they got a key for a box (delivery) for a different home)i delivered the mail for the actual receivers of the box(2/28/17).i am expecting a box to be delivered tomorrow that ads up to about 400 bucks.can i expect my delivery to be placed in another persons box?what are you people doing?

Very poor service. My niece moved to Narvarre ladt Dec and in that time 3 letters have not been delivered and had to pay to gave payment stopped on a check. Also had trouble receiving a package. After she went down and complained by coincidence the package appeared the next day!!!!!!!

We've lived in Navarre for 13 years and are kinda concerned that our mail keeps ending up 2 blocks over in a mailbox with a transposed house number. Especially alarming when I was missing a 3 months supply of important medication that a stranger 2 blocks over brought me yesterday. We also constantly get other people's mail and have to hand deliver it to them. Don't these postal workers get paid like $20 an hour to deliver our mail ??

Worst post office ever , usually has backed up lines they push you to use the automated machine instead of opening another teller .Rude Management ,change policies daily depending on there mood and who is working .The do not scan 90 % of items that are brought in with prepaid lables ,Items usually get their first scan in Pensacola or sometimes make it all the way to the destination before the item tracking bar gets scanned in .they have plenty of management walking around telling you were to stand were to dump items or what to do but that does not help the one or two actual clerks that are backed up behind the counter.They seem more worried about were you place your items than doing there jobs ,one day thay say put everything on the counter next day put it in the package shute ,next guy says dont ever use the shute because it might get jammed .Isnt that what the 5 people running around in the back and the guy walking around the lobby are there for?? and just imagine if they actually left a catch bin under the shute that let more than 3 packaged fall into it before it gets jammed ?No its just easier to slow down and harass the customer and give him the runaround instead checking other customers out .

This is terrible. I call to see if a package I was expecting was recieved and the guy who answered barley even let me get a hello out when he decided to very rudely interrupt me then hang up on me. Hire people who have their shit together instead of sticks up their asses. Thanks.

I have filed four complaints with the post master about the post office returning one of my corporations mail to the sender as undeliverable. I am at my wits end. Bank statements, vendor statements, notices from governments, mail from my CPA is the latest. If you have already complained to the post master where do you go from there?

This is the worst Post Office I have ever seen, we get our mail at 8PM every night, that is ridiculous.

try calling and constantly a busy signal. I have filed complaints before about drivers and was supposed to be contacted but of course never was. Slow your drivers down!!!!!!

Our mail carrier is out in our neighborhood today - a Sunday. What is he doing? Practicing his route? We love in the Orion-Parker subdivision.
