I wanted to visit somewhere that has rude management and is in a general unkempt state. This Post Office ticked those boxes and more!

I have called several times to verify a change of address and check the approximate delivery date of a package. It’s been 3 weeks and no one has yet to answer the phone a single time I have called. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, the recorded message that greets you when you call and says your call is being transferred to an operator goes into a phone abyss.

I've very bothered by the fact when you call the post office in Destin, SanDestin or Miramar Bch "NO ONE" ever answers. I work close by & always call for information or to verify their hours & "NO ONE" ever answers.. There are other ways mail our packages & receive our mail. A PO at the Fed X always has someone to answer your call & since I have to go to the PO just to find out they are "TO BUSY" to answer the phone & there is a mile long line because they won't put enough help at the front counter is ridiculous....It you can't take of your customer who remain "FAITHFUL" then who needs your services.... My daughter priority mailed me a package last Wednesday from Minnesota, she was told it should be in Miramar Saturday. She stated that it had to be here no later then Wednesday. This morning, Thursday, as we are leaving, 0800, receive a notice the package is in transit to Miramar.

We mail approximately 56 priority mail packages a week. Stacey has been a huge help with us starting our mailing business. She is always very friendly and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Stacey has made the process very helpful.
