I normally don’t have an issue with Postal Service in Midway, Florida but lately their is one particular courier that leaves packages on top of mail boxes outside the road. Someone could have stolen my package because of a lazy courier. This guy slams mail into the boxes sometimes knocking the back of the mail box open, leaving the mail to get wet. No one would answer the telephone so I could report my concerns.

Im Currently stationed in California and I decided to send a valintines gift to my wife and it is the first time I ever sent something across the country before and me being away for about a year without seeing my family and my package was never arrived to my wife. I called numerous times to ask where the package have gone to and I haven’t gotten any response and the employees would just keep me on hold for about 2 hours and they would just tell me that theirs nothing they can do.

On 5/04/2010 at around 10:00am postal carrier in a blue HHR was on Silver Hill Rd driving dangerously. I yelled “Hey” he broke his speed and we made eye contact and I yelled “slow down”. The carrier continue with his ill radica driving on to Long Branch Dr and then back to My neighbor as I stood in my yard I said to him this is a residential road he said “I know that” I stated “If you know that you know you need to slow down my kids was just playing in that street. I retrieved my phone from the house and went outside to make a video as I exited the house he was leaving at a unsafe speed. With the camera on I recorded him driving slower until he got behind the trees which blocked the camera’s view then he regained speed and continued to Bluestar Hwy. The kids on this street play in the street daily more so on the weekend, please train and retrain the mail carriers that Safety is First. If any one ever gets injured please know you was been informed.

This location has a hard time opening back up on at 1pm. The clerk is regularly 10-15 minutes late.
