Hello, I have my mail on hold from 6/1 to 6/30/2021. Confirmation number CAH396956298. I will not be able to pick up my mail until July 13th. Would you be able to hold the mail until that date? Please let me know if that is possible, Robert Meyer

Just heard a noise at the front door only to find an Amazon prime package delivered by United States Postal Service. The end of the boxes mashed somebody obviously has open the package and resealed it with regular packing tape as only part of the Amazon prime tape remains. Was told by a neighbor that we have a new independent contractor delivering our mail as if the previous one wasn’t bad enough. We live in Fairway Lakes at Duran. When given a choice we never use the post office we use UPS

The mail carrier has not left key for parcel locker 3 times in a row now, for different Amazon orders. They are all suck in parcel lockers at the end of my block and I can not access them. I keep tying to call post office and no one ever answers. I filed a complaint on line and the only response was " a file was created for this matter."

Incompetent ! We moved from Apt#312 to Apt#213 in same building. A small package was sent from Bridgehampton NY. Was sent to old apt. # We notified PO of change of apts. How is it possible they didn’t forward to new apt? Tracking said it was sent to wrong address or zip. The last tracking was 7/6/20. No further info. Does anyone know how to get from A TO B?

The mailman who serves my neighborhood (Bayhill, 32940) won’t get out of his truck to walk 4 feet to my mailbox. Today, a service truck was parked about 5 feet from the box and the mailman just drove on by. Not long ago, he got out to leave a note in my box about a car (not mine) parked near the box. He wouldn’t put my mail in the box, but he was happy to leave a note. Is this kind of petty, lazy behavior sanctioned by the Postal Service?

DO NOT HOLD your mail. Had mail held for 2 weeks and though they started delivering again on correct date, never got our mail from those 2 weeks - they told me I must have not gotten any or it was being delivered (it was 2 weeks later when I went!). I ended up paying late charges for 3 bills that I always received around this time and my son never got 2 packages he was waiting for since they had no tracking service. How does 2 weeks of mail disappear??? Worst of all is their terrible attitude!

The Suntree Post Office is the absolute worst postal service I have ever encountered. Two of the three people behind the counter are almost always rude and act as though they are doing you a favor when you approach the counter as opposed to doing their job one clerk actually tore off labeling I pre-packaged only to realize after explanation and she was completely wrong ruining my packaging. There are two women there with the same name so I'll refrain from posting the name in order to protect the innocent. However, Tim is rude about 99. 98 percent of the time.

Dear Post Master of Zip 32940, (letter sent to PO)(1) On October 18th, 2013, I submitted an AUTHORIZATION TO HOLD MAIL, PS Form 8076 to your office to hold mail for the names: Gorham and Sickmueller.(2) Dates for holding were from October 21, 2013 (Monday) through November 7, 2013 (Thursday) as written on the PS Form 8076.(3) While we were traveling, our neighbor, Les Manning, noticed that the mail delivery person was stuffing mail into our mail box before and on October 24, 2013. He told her we were out of town. He saw her putting mail once again in our box and told her that perhaps putting a rubber band on our box would alert her to not deliver the mail. She removed the mail from our box both times.(4) On our return, we called the Suntree Post Office and asked if our mail was still at their station. They answered that it was and we drove over to pick it up since it was apparent that no one would be delivering the mail on our requested return date.(5) We picked up two large bins of mail from the Suntree Post Office at 2 p.m. on November 7th.(6) On November 8th, our evening delivery came to our home mailbox. Our box was stuffed with wet envelopes which held mildewed outfits that were Christmas presents for our kids in Africa. Also included in this delivery was dated material from October 21 - 25.It would seem that this mail had been held in the delivery truck since October 25th and was damaged. Our delivery in Heritage Isle has been substandard since changes were made in personnel. DAILY we take mail to our neighbors as it has been placed in the wrong box either by house number or name on the mail. There is talk of sending a survey out to residents in Heritage Isle to let you know of the poor and inconsistent service being provided by your office. Until now you have only received verbal complaints. We were out of town earlier in the year and it was a repeat of the misdelivery dates. However, we did not have damaged mail at that time.We await you answer. Attached are photos of damaged items and mail.

This is our local branch. I agree, there is a clerk with a tude but we avoid him. Last year we were away and had our mail held for 3 weeks we checked the form that we would pick up our mail. upon our return. went to pick up our mail, they could not find it,said they looked all over its not here, suggested it was being delivered. Later in the day just a few pieces of mail were delivered. When we returned to the post office the next day and told another clerk, she went back retrieved our held mail. This week we returned from another trip, they again looked everywhere, couldn't find it, it must be out for delivery. Later again only a few pieces of mail delivered. The next day a stack of our "held" mail came. $51,000 starting salary, no competence necessary...

Today was my first time going to the Suntree branch and after the way one of the guys at counter treated me I decided to leave and go back to my regular branch in Palm Bay. I went there just because it was on my way to an appointment. But what a difference!! everyone at the Malabar Rd branch is soo nice but this one guy at the Suntree location made that branch the worst one i have ever deal with!! He treated every customer like they were stupid and talked to me with disrespect!

This branch used to be very friendly but recently they added this one guy who has an attitude, like your an idiot and he knows everything. I'm talking about the counter help. He better wake up.

New policies at this post office branch make it very difficult for customers to do business. Phone calls, if answered, result in a very customer unfriendly experience. Clerks refuse to get mail out of back for customers. I go to Roclkledge branch just to avoid going to Suntree. If you are looking for a branch to close this would be a good candidate
