My package was supposed to be delivered last Friday, then. Sat, Sun. On Monday it was delivered to the wrong zip code. Still have not received my package. no answer at post office. they told me they sent someone to pick up the package at the wrong address. heard nothing since. terrible service.

ATTENTION POSTMASTER OR SUPERVISOR: Please tell your carrier for 475 Fairway to NOT bend my articles when they are larger than the slot!!! I had a very important document bent and stuffed in my box when there are "12" parcel lockers that he never uses......this is not good customer service

Employees here are so incredibly rude. I've lived here 20+ yrs. always the same. My previous mailman was awesome but must have retired. Office employees seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful, rarely answer the phone. Maybe they don't realize they are supposed to provide a service and work for the government, paid for by residents?

This service offered by this post office has to be the bottom of the swamp... mail man leaves notice of parcel in mail box claiming to have tried to deliver.. we were home, have ring alarm on door bell which also records persons at the door, he did not even try to deliver... call post office to make a formal complaint and they will not pick up their phone calls.... not a happy customer....

Horrible staff at this post office - the woman was not knowledgeable and seemed to go out of her way to be unpleasant and unhelpful. Where do you find these people?

I just had the same experience with that woman. She was extremely rude!! I am done with them and will always go to Indialantic where they are much more helpful and friendly.
