Twice now I have had packages opened and missing products. The 1st time I took the torn pkg to the post office and was told , because of the pandemic and stress that these things happen and to contact the company that they will probably replace it. Well it is not the companys fault that the postal service cannot see that a pkg has been opened and possibly be missing contents. How many times will this happen before you take notice and stop it?

I understand that your delivery persons are under tight schedules but I also understand the need for patience and understanding under the circumstances we are under. The Doctors office I work at is locked at all times, there are notifications all over the front of the building to call when you arrive so that the door can be unlocked. Knocking on the window, while it alerts me that there is someone there, does not enable me to tell you that I have to go get the key to unlock the door- do not lecture me that if the door is locked we can get our mail another day because you can't wait. Truly obnoxious and rude
