I was trying to find the Pickup & hold service on your website, but was unable to do so, I have decided to email this information instead. I have an office in Building 100 on E Sabelia Ave. Suite 340 in Maitland, FL. 32751. My office is currently being remodeled so I am unable to access the space. I need to hold all incoming mail at the post office for me to pick up weekly. I am the owner, Tara Barone of the business, NamAesthetics, LLC. If you need to confirm my request I can be contacted at 321-217-5277. Thank You

Hi, I wanted to see if there is any protocol for when someone puts something in the mailbox by accident and needs to get it out. I dropped my phone in it by mistake when I was shoving a bunch of letters into it. It doesn't say on the mailbox what time pick up is. I did leave a note, but if there is something else I can do to stop them before they take it to the Post Office that would be great. Hopefully, nothing like this will happen again,. Thank you!

A Frustrated customer. The tracking number said it was delivered, or left in the mailbox, on a Saturday. I believe our office building is locked on Saturdays. Call your number, ringed for 20 minutes, and auto hanged up on me. Does anyone answer phone call there?

WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A NUMBER WHEN NO ONE ANSWERS. THIS POST OFFICE IS A JOKE. A TON OF MY MAIL HAS BEEN MISPLACED (THOSE INCLUDING TWO LARGE PAYCHECKS) THAT THEY HAVE MAGICALLY LOST. UNBELIEVALE.

My letter carriers are terrible! The are constantly mis-delivering our mail! I am always receiving mail for my neighbors, and they are always receiving my mail. On 9/3/21 I received "four" misdelivered pieces of mail for "two" other homes, and of course when you call the Post Office they "never" pick up the phone!

This Post Office is probably one of the worst managed anywhere. The latest issue is the parking lot has a 2' wide 2' deep pothole it's been there for a month created was mentioned to postal worker working the front desk onto occasions. It is going to damage someone's vehicle. The next issue why does this Post Office have a phone number but no one ever answers it and it does not have a answering machine. You could save money by disconnecting it

It would be helpful if holiday hours were posted here, so I do not drive all the way to the post office to see them posted on the door.
