This postal office service is that satisying at all. They are constanly delivery mail to the incorrect mailbox. This has been happening for last several weeks and is unacceptable. This issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I need some one to contact me immdeiately at 954-940-0914. Also whenever you call no one picks up the phone this is terrible customer service at its worst.

Good Evening, I currently reside in Inverrary and in the development called Fairways of Inverrary. On two separate occasions I have had mail lost (given to another unknown resident). The first tme Post Manager Sherman Mosley assisted me with retrieving one package but still another one was lost in the shuffle before that particular package. Now, here I am again missing another package that was confirmed delivered on November 18, 2020 that I never received!!! I have tried to reach out again to Mr. Mosley via email with NO response back this time. Also, I have made a couple of attempts to call the Lauderhill Branch with NO answer and NO luck with customer service. How do I get help? I am afraid to have ANY parcels delivered to my home in fear of the carrier placing the package into the wrong box, Can someone please reach out to me and assist me with this problem? My confidence in the USPS system has completely fell by the waist side. Again, who can help me and give me answers as to why my packages are being misplaced?

I am trying to reach the Post Master concerning an issue at the Lauderridge Postal Annex. I have been calling there phone since Friday and have been hung up on repeatedly, but never had my calls answered. I have emailed them and left my contact information and have not been contacted. My reference number is as follows: EJ076094484US. I need this package returned to me immediately and I have opened a case with the 1-800 number. I am extremely frustrated with lack of care and communication with these individuals at this office and I need help in resolving this issue! BETH Duff

It really comes down to the government agency's they hire incompetent people. And the postal unions wont fire anybody for being careless or incompetent. In a nutshell nobody within the post office is held accountable like the rest of the working World has to be. My IRS check went missing Stolen residens in my complex told me they had government checks and credit cards missing and stolen all the time, and the mailboxes show no signs of vandalism at all. We all think this is an" INSIDE JOB All residents of Lauderhill need to contact your Local Postal Service "Consumers Affairs Office "at : CONSUMER AFFAIRS UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE 2200 NW 72ND AVE STE 225 MIAMI FL 33152-9631 Phone: 1-800-ASK-USPS Fax: 305-470-0808. Or US Postal Inspection Service: 1-877-876-2455 USA. Postal Service Inspector General: The preferred method for filing a complaint with the office is to use the online complaint form. You can also send us your complaint by mail to: ATTN: HOTLINE USPS OIG 1735 North Lynn Street Arlington, VA 22209-2020 Via phone and email, file complaints IMMEDIATELY!! not wait for problem to get larger. Or also call Federal Law Enforcement Officers( OIG Special Agents) These special agents investigate internal crimes and fraud against the Postal Service Internal Mail Theft, Official Misconduct .. Wish they get rid of the ALL OF THEM from managers to carriers.

Hi... I recently purchased a condo. at Inverarry Gardens...I was not given the PO box key, and would like to know what time mail is delivered at this site so that I can catch the delivery person at that time to have her open my box for me so I can have the lock changed... Thanking you in advance. Jillian

Answer the phone when your customers are calling during business hours, for crying out loud. Or should we expect to be ignored when dealing with a company run by the government? Ridiculous!!!

If this is the post office that handles the 33312 area code you all need to take customer service skills classes and how to speak and treat people then the couriers that deliver the mail they all need to be replaced. Never seen such liars and lazy ass people in my life and you guys make great money . You should all be terminated . You would never ever be employed by me. The standards in the United States of America has gotten so so bad starting with you guys. Start doing your job because trust me your supervisor might be on your side but once I see that I go to the next higher source and so on and so on . Not gonna stop because every time I get a package that’s suppose to be delivered you guys never even try to deliver it and leave it at the post office so I have to go pick it up. No lazy you delivery it to my home lazy lazy Good luck in the future. Lazy Lazy People

Call the general USPO phone number and the wait time is 1 hour, 17 minutes to speak to an operator. Tried a few Post offices in the area and the phone just hangs up after 15 rings. Great customer service! :(

I've been trying to call the Inverrary Post Office in Lauderhill, Florida but no one ever answers and the system inevitably hangs up on me after ringing for a while. Not a very efficient way of dealing with the public.
