Very unhappy with our mail delivery, especially on requests for holding mail. I have requested our mail be held from June 25-July 21 but having friends check our box as know how unreliable our carrier is. Our friends are saying the paperwork for the request is in the box saying to hold the mail on the dates BUT it is being delivered. I sent the yellow slips PLUS request on link. This happens every time and I know we will have extra mail that will be held some days. It happens every time.

I waited in line for about 15 minutes to request a simple form presented on my cellular phone. The supervisor hesitated to meet with me and sent her employee to offer an incorrect form. Later, she finally met me then reported she has never seen the below form with her over 20 years of experience. https://about.usps.com/forms/ps1583.pdf I am posting this report as this is official US business.

They never answer the phones. It’s ridiculous. First my mail was forwarded when I did not request it and then it was returned to sender “no such address”. My house has been there for 3 years! It’s unbelievable. So angry.

I had issues before with this post office in the past but this time is totally unacceptable. We had ordered several items from Amazon and they ended up being shipped USPS. On Sunday evening 12/1/19 we were informed several packages were out for delivery and would be received by 9pm. At 7:55 pm we received 2 emails stating that unfortunately, USPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for pickup, and on the 3rd one it stated delivery was attempted at 10:50pm with the same message. The kicker was the email came in at 755pm so there was an issue alone with the time discrepancy of 3 hours and we were all home. So I called Monday morning 12/2 and was on hold for 37 mins the first time and had to call back and was on hold 58 mins only to be told I had to call the N. Missouri Ave branch. I called 7 times and it rings continually with no one picking up. So as of now I have no idea where they are or if they are getting delivered because the main number couldn't give me any info!!!

postal clerks need to be replaced at the Missouri post office. I took a box there to be mailed to Kentucky on !2/2/17 at 11am with winter clothes for my daughter the clerk refused it said she wouldn't accept it because of the tape on the box then accused my daughter of snatching the box which was a lie the box weighted over twenty pounds and was heavy. Me and my daughter were the only white people in the post office and this black clerk was being rude. We felt like it was a racist issue with her because all the other clerks were black and the customers were black and this one clerk was showing out in front of them anyway we took the box to a postal service on the North side of Lakeland and they accepted it with no problem we ask them was the tape a problem and they said no. I don't appreciate the black clerks attitude and her turning my box to be mailed down it was totally uncalled for and I want the post master to clean up his employees at the Missouri post office this is ridiculous and I will never go to that post office again.
