My address is 66 coconut Dr, key largo FL 33037. I had amazon delivery which was suppose to be delivered in March but was changed on Wednesday to Friday Feb 17th. Unfortunately I was not going to be available to take delivery and Amazon could not change the delivery date. I went on line and requested that the package in question be placed inside my gate. I also put a sign on the gate requesting that all packages be placed inside of the gate. Amazon informed me of the delivery and I checked the security cameras at the home. The package was not put in side the gate it was left out side the gate in plane view of any one who passes by. I understand the postal service does it best with the resources it has and that Amazons last mile agreement has put an addital strain on the postal system. I am requesting the individual tasked with delivering to the the area which includes 66 Coconut dr please place the deliver packaged dated Feb 17 package inside the gate for safe keeping. Best Regards Shawn

Returned 4 letters with the wrong address ok. I corrected the address by scratching out the old address writing in the new and adding new postage on 4 letters of USCGAUX Official Business. All 4 were returned again for no reason- Who is the Head Postmaster?

Long time resident. Have always enjoyed the local atmosphere at our post office. Recently I have noticed that rudeness is the order of the day. I am also involved with a local business whose employees are hesitant to take packages to the po due to the rudeness of the employees. I am asking people in my agency to document their encounters with the po office staff and report this to the director of the agency. Some oversight should be brought to the attention of supervisors.

As usual, poor service, postal service is bad anyways but this office is the worse - don't use, if everybody just stopped and went to email, ups or fed ex that would solve the problem.

This office does not pick up phone calls. I've been trying to reach someone to speak to about a very important package for the last 3 hours and nobody picks up their phone. Horrible Service. Apparently nobody looks at these reviews either because the problem never seems to be fixed. I doubt whoever is in charge of this office has the equivalent of a 1st grade education.

Local USPS told us we have to get their permission for the location of a mail box installation for the place we are moving to. Been waiting a month with and no one has shown up or given us any feedback. We gotta move. No one answers the phone. Total frustration!

I often wonder how the post office stays in business. Amazing how that works. Ever get a box that has been crushed? It happens to me most of the time. I don't think it is the locals though. Nice people.

If you require an ID for a small credit card purchase under 10.00 then there should be some sort of sign displayed. My card is a chipped card with a pin assigned to it. I should not be asked for my ID. Especially if I have at least two boxes with the name of the card written on them, or the fact that I am a local with my employee shirt and name tag on. Really people, the fact that I wait in line for a long time then have to wait again for not having my ID on me for a small purchase is just dumb! When in reality the Post Office needs to upgrade their card readers so I can use my credit card with my pin and shouldn't have to go get my ID. Uhg.

I have constantly complained to John, the manager, multiple times about my mail getting lost or not forwarded. It has been a waste of my time. Today, I got a delinquent notice to from the power company and almost had my power turned off because my electric bill was lost in the mail.

SOMETIMES WE PUT UP THE RED FLAG FOR OUTGOING MAIL AND THE CARRIER DOES NOT PICK IT UP. IT HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST AND IT HAPPENED ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY OF THIS LAST WEEK 3-20-15 AND 3-21-15 I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THE POST OFFICE BUT NO ONE HAS PICKED UP THE PHONE DESPITE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO MAKE CONTACT. HOW SHOULD I DIRECT MY REQUEST AND CONCERN ABOUT THIS MATTER? IS THIS THE PREFERED METHOD NOW?

I've been receiving mail at our companies PO box at the Key Largo branch, and was told I need to bring in a couple of forms of ID to continue getting mail there. I assume one is the Driver's License, what is the other?
