PACKAGE OUT FOR DELIVERY 6AM. GET NOTICE AT 12:33 IYS BEEN DELIVERED TO.PARCEL LOCKER. AN HOUR LATER........ I GO TO GET MAILBOX KEY, NO KEY LEFT FOR ME TO OPEN A PARCEL LOCKER. HOW CAN IT BE PUT IN A PARCEL LOCKER AND ME NOT HAVE A KEY IN MY MAILBOX TO RETRIEVE MY PACKAGE? I THEN CALL.POST OFFIXE AND LET IT RING FOR 15.MINUTES AND NO FUCLING ANSWER!? AND TO TOP THAT OFF, I SPECIFICALLY HAVE LABELS ON MY.MAIL.BOX DOOR THAT LISTS THE ONLY 2 PEOPLE THAT SHOULD GET MAIL DELIVERY AND LABEL THAT SPECIFICALLY LIST NAMES WHO DO NOT LIVE HERE AND I SAY DO NOT DELIVERAIL FOR.....STILL, DUMBASS DELIVERY PEOPLE DONT READ ENGLISH BECAUSE THEY STILL.KEEP PUTTING SHIT IN MY MAILBOX FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT LIVE HERE. WTF

A package was sent to my daughters address in St. Johns and never arrived. It has been at this USPS facility since 2/6/2021 and I've called and called and the phone call is never answered. Today is 2/22/2021 and the shipper indicates that it has never left this facility.

I have a package that wasn’t forwarded to my daughters new address and now no one will talk to me. 99% of the time they don’t answer but one time I spoke with Linda and I was to call back the next day. Today they hung up on me.

Very dissapointed with this post office. Calling for assistance is a waste of time as no one ever answers the phone. Also, the postmaster will not allow our carrier to deliver mail to our boxes because our facility requires anyone entering to have their temp taken. As a result our mail is left at the door in boxes to be distributed by staff which means it goes through several different people before it is delivered to residents. We often wait several days before delivery and in the meantime our mail allows any staff members access to our mail.

This must be the worst post office around. They NEVER answer the phone. I have been trying to find out why a package was delivered to my front door when my mail was on hold and where it is now? If I go online for a redelivery it tell me the package was delivered. Where is my package. The store I ordered it from will not credit me any monies since the post office says it was delivered and not confirm anything further. I need an immediate answer to my question. WHY my package was delivered when I had a hold on my mail? Had where is my package now?
