They don't answer their phone and don't provide voicemail or email options. It just rang and rang for 30+? times and then hung up. Hello! Anybody home at USPS?

Just came back from picking up stamps and mailing post cards, just wanted to say that I got exceptional service. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s, the only information I have is that the was clerk # 5 at 01:11 PM on 02/24/2021. Thank you

Largo and Seminole is run down by the same Postmaster. She has a crew that does not answer the phone and prides themselves with stating with pride..whatever the problem we at Seminole will not do anything to help....the supervisor at Seminole answered the phone but refused to give his name....no compassion..no empathy....nobody over there has concern for customers..

What kind of technology are you looking for, Steve? I've been using the post office for years to ship stuff home while I was on vacation. You pack your stuff in a flat rate box, take it to the post office, and off it goes. It's cheaper than UPS, gets home in the same amount of time, and often times arrives in better condition than UPS gets it there in.

I head an employee making a joke stating the the scales from one counter to another are only off by an ounce, I spend Between $6,000 and $10,000 per year on postage for my business, a scale that is off by an ounce is no acceptable, this post office is poorly run, they stand at the counter and laugh when I package in overweight on their bad scales and make cracks about returning packages for more postage, they need to be retrained in customer service and the scales need to be calibrated, bad post office, I would recommend you not use their services.
