Postal Locations

I have a parcel from Vietnam. But I am not present at the shipping address because of the coronavirus pandemic. So can I change to another shipping address, which is my home. Because I don't know when I'll ever get to work again

This post office has always been a pleasant post office, but their is this lady that works there older lady speaks both Spanish and English. She is extremely rude not helpful. She seems to be bothered by people, why she works here don't have a clue. But I went to tell them to please be more careful when placing mail because I have been receiving my mail late because it was placed in someone else's box. I have paid late charges to my bank as a result of this. She says she never makes mistakes and called me a liar. That is unacceptable behavior especially for a post office. She made it sound like she is perfect, perfect is God which clearly she is not. Then I proceeded in explaining to her my situation and asking her to calm down and she ignored me completely this is not the first time she has been rude to my daughter as well. I would greatly appreciate if something is done about this. God bless.
