Good morning I'm really sad and mad because I'm awaiting package this is the second item been sending to different address and USPS Hub exactly my address I don't understand why God deliver a mail delivery man keep making mistake leaving items to other mailbox

Its ridiculous that this branch doesn't have enough employees to take care of the line in the mornings. People who have jobs with office hours cant make it to pickup the certified mail at the post office hours, which means that we have to make it late to work in order to pickup certified mail. Moreover, if they make us do the entire line just to pick up a letter,it causes a delay of more than 30 minutes on top of being late, which was the case this morning. This is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time this happens in this branch and no resolution of this issue or improvement has been seen. Management is supposed to take care of this issue immediately because it really affects the people. Outrageous!
