There is a lady located at the 500 south federal hwy location who is beyond rude and mean she has long dreads. There was a young employee that was just trying to help as I had a question and she yelled at him in front of everyone and told him to remember his place. This lady needs to be fired that is not how you communicate with someone especially someone who is trying to help a customer.

We’re waiting for the package, that we ordered. 6 days past , but no package , even internet shows that it was delivered at mail box. In January we did receive another package, when we went to post office we’re told that post man made mistake and put it in wrong apartment mail box. What is going on in Hallandale Florida zip 33019?

i dont know if carriers can read...i have had 3 christmas cards returned to sender for wrong address...which is bogus...the people that send them read the address to me and it was exactly right with the right name..street address and lot number on them...tell your idiots to READ the addresses..we NEVER had this problem when Pete was here...he took the time to read the addresses...no matter the name

The people who work here are friendly! Seems unusual for the USPS. Regrettably, for reasons answered by only a nod, smile, or "uh huh," our packages are OFTEN NOT SCANNED. We're in the e-commerce business and scanning is vital. Working with USPS seems to be the patriotic way to go, but if we continue down this path we'll be FORCED to change carriers.
