Hello
I lived here at Golden Isles Drive for 13 years now and I always satisfied wit the customer service until today. I was the only one at line and the two employees are free, but 01 of them closed her window and the moment I arrived to count the money at 4:20 pm and the others can't sell 01 money order that I was looking for. So, I had to waiting until the one finish count the money and she keeping saying for me to go to the main post office at Biscayne Blvd for assistance.
So, what that means that only 01 employee was able to sell money order and if I wasn't happy for awaiting just go to main office. Very disappoint and frustrated to deal with some post office employees with such kind of attitude and neglect.
