Nice Christmas joke, posting a last pick up time on saturday of 5:00. When you drop your mail the posted last pick up time is 3:00.
So cool, I would have dropped my mail before 3 but you got me with the 5:00 post online.
I was visiting friends in Florida and had some things I forgot (including passport) express shipped. Since I don’t live with my friends they sent my package back!!! What gives you the right to say who can and cannot get mail!! Your job is to deliver mail to address indicated…..not to say “well we don’t know you so you can’t have it”. Can’t go on my cruise now!! They were so ignorant when I called them!! They told me my insurance doesn’t matter because I should have called them and told them I had mail coming!
Staff here have always gone above and beyond to be helpful. Better service that the vast majority of private sector businesses.
AND they ship packages cheaper than anyone else, usually well ahead of schedule.
I had recently did a address change from Englewood to North Port and I haven't received none of my mail and I'm waiting for my W-2 forms and I don't know if they came or the person that I'm living with is Shady and I don't know if they stole them or not that's why I'm trying to verify where my now is that thank you
