I received a USPS postal money order made out to our business. Since we were on that side of town for metal we decided to stop there to cash it. Well seems like this company sells postal money orders but do not cash them WTF? We had proper ID but they told us no. We stopped using this facility years ago due to their crappy service and this was just a reminder.

I rate this Postmaster the lowest possible. She has no customer service skills. She is not friendly- and feels that she is "above the customers that live in this lower income area. If she thinks she is so much above these people- why is she is such an area?? Maybe because she isn't as good as she thinks she is. These people are low income- but deserve someone to serve them who does not look down on them and treat them like she does. If she treats the customers like this- I can't imagine how she treats her employees under her!! I have had a PO Box at the office for a long time- but NEVER had any problems until she came to work here. Please if you have someone else that doesn't look down on people - send them to the Eaton Park Post Office.
